Staff – Super friendly and easy to work with. Booking a table was seamless, communication beforehand was quick, and once we arrived they stayed accommodating. Vibe – Just okay. I’ve never been to a Charleston club before, but I’d imagine there are better options. The layout felt a bit off, especially with the way our section was roped off. We still made the most of it and had fun, but it’s not a spot I’d return to.

Went for a bachelorette party. Because of our group size, they suggested it would be cheaper ($500) and more comfortable to get a table and we wouldnt wait in the line. They put us at a table in the middle of the floor, despite larger tables along the wall that were open, so it was super cramped and people were sitting on the backs of our couches. Then, we got the bill the next day... $900. $400 was random tips and fees for servers who weren't there, things we didn't order, etc. This place is an absolute scam.

Horrible service. Had booth reservations and had to ask the bartender to find a host to seat us, only to let 30 minutes go by of us standing around before we sat ourselves, to which the host finally came out and told us to move. Had to show her receipts for the reservation before we were sat and assigned the rudest bottle girl who acted annoyed when we asked her about champagne. Treated us like a nuisance when we put down lots of $$$ just to reserve seats and get this horrible service. Worth walking up for a picture, but nothing more. Don’t bother with this trashy place, there’s so many great places in CHS to party and this isn’t it!

If you’re looking for a night out that’s as electrifying as a lightning bolt in a disco ball factory, look no further than Ritual in Charleston. This place has it all: killer beats, lights that make you feel like you’re in a sci-fi movie, and bartenders who could mix a drink while doing a handstand. Melissa helped me book a table and celebrate my birthday! I consider her a good friend of mine now because of how sweet and helpful she was with my table. From the moment I stepped in, the energy was electric. The DJ was spinning tracks that made my feet move faster than my brain could process. The lights? Let’s just say I felt like I was part of a music video. So if you want a night filled with unforgettable moments, Ritual is the place to be.

We had to wait in line for a while to get inside, but it was worth it. I loved their drinks so much! I even asked the bartender for a free shot, which he gladly gave me. Great service and mood all around!

DO NOT EAT FOOD FROM THIS PLACE ITS DISGUSTING I HAD TO RETURN MY BURGER AFTER NICELY ASKING FOR NO Guacamole which they still insisted on putting it on. My girlfriends steak tacos was horrible and very hard to eat. The young looking bartender was drinking on the job how unprofessional I Will never go back to this place and will tell friends and family to STAY AWAY. I was on there 9/22 around 8-9pm was a horrible first experience.
