Went tonight to meet with friends and talk author/publisher business. All in all, everyone enjoyed this joint. The food was great around the table, and Sophie was amazing dealing with (11) of us. Few things to note when going in, we didn't see costs for the ping pong and games. Those do cost. The menu online hasn't been updated to the current printed menu. If you are a Vet with Tinitus, the music and sound of bowling downstairs may make conversations a little tough. Mine ramped up while in there, but I still had a great experience. Extra extra side note when you go to the restroom.Don't freak out.You are not a vampire and you are not having a bad trip. I say this because at the sink to wash your hands, There is no mirror. you see the sink in the women's bathroom or vice versa. And the space looks exactly the same. So it can throw you off, really quick.

Been about 7-8 years since I had been here. The food was very good! They were accommodating to my allergies. And had a good drink option. The music was great and many different seating options as well. Really enjoyed coming back here.

We went out to Southside Social for my birthday 1/28 and I honestly cannot say enough good things. To start, my husband called the morning of frantically trying to find a place because our initial venue was closing early and didn’t tell us. They were SO accommodating. They let us know we could use the party room if we could come at 7pm instead of 6pm. Honestly may seem small but this saved my birthday lol. I was so stressed about where we could fit a large group that was still kid friendly last minute. We were quite a large group, about 25 of us, and 4 of them were kids. Our waitress was Suz. She honestly made our ENTIRE night amazing. She was so sweet and on top of everything. Handling a large group like that isn’t easy, and then to find out she has only been there 3 months was even crazier. We would have had no idea. She didn’t pay any mind to the littles running around as we hung out, she was remembering peoples orders without even writing them down as people were just kinda tell her things left and right. We left the party room to bowl and she continued to serve us other there as well. She definitely made sure we never needed for anything. I cannot say enough good things about Suz or Southside Social. We will definitely be back!

The atmosphere here is really cool and the place definitely has a lot of potential, but unfortunately the food and service were both disappointing. We went for Sunday brunch, and nothing tasted fresh — it seemed like most of it had been frozen and microwaved. I ordered the "fresh fruit" and was charged $4 for what turned out to be just a cut-up orange. The bacon also tasted like microwave bacon. On top of that, the service was less than great. It took over 45 minutes to get our food, and then another 30 minutes just to track down our waitress and get the check. Really disappointing, because with such a great vibe this could be a fantastic spot if the food and service improved.

We had such a great experience at Southside! Megan and Cle provided outstanding service — they were warm, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed while keeping the vibe upbeat and welcoming. Leann was an excellent bowling attendant as well — incredibly organized, efficient, and helpful, even during the busy rush. The entire team made our visit memorable, and we’re already looking forward to coming back!

We went here with a group of people to eat and bowl. Our waitress was phenomenal, the food was good but the bowling staff was horrible!! We had a large group of people and one of us set up the bowling. Little did most of us know but we only paid for 12 people for two lanes. When we started the game we had 7 on each lane and we were four frames in when the staff deleted one person per a lane without consulting us. We would have happily paid any additional fees, but nobody said anything to us. When I confronted them, I’ll admit that I was mad, it just seemed so ridiculous that they would do that. They informed me first that having too many people messes up their system. It was only after a few more excuses that they finally told me that we only paid for 12 people, which, like I said, the person who paid hadn’t informed us. I get that we had too many people, it’s just the way they handled it without talking to us at all was so lazy. It’s like they didn’t want to be bothered with doing their job, and one of the girls was super disinterested and unprofessional in her delivery of the excuses and information. Ultimately they didn’t offer to fix anything and two of our people couldn’t continue the game. I definitely wouldn’t go here again.
