We were looking for a place to relax and unwind on a Sunday afternoon. Stumbled across this place and saw the great reviews and we are super glad we chose to visit. Very clean space and some great recovery and relaxation tools. Kyle was super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We visited the lab and the sauna/cold plunge and feel great after. We didn’t use the float tank, but we saw them and they are super spacious. We also aren’t into cbd/hemp, but if you are there seemed to be a great selection of that also. Would definitely be regulars here if we were locals!

Highly recommend making Altered States Wellness your go to spot for cold plunge/sauna/all things wellness. Instead of giving the vibe of some corporate place just trying to sell you a quick membership, it is the opposite here….they take care of you like family and do everything possible to meet your needs. They provide robes and slippers which is very unique and the vibe is very cosy. They are also flexible with the temperature of the water to make it ideal based on individual needs. Far over delivered my expectations and I will be back. Great customer service which is obviously hard to find these days. Thanks guys!!🙏♥️

My husband and I just experienced the free float and when I tell you it was life changing.. i’m not even being the slightest bit dramatic! I’m a very high stress person and so is my husband but after this I feel so relieved and relaxed! I feel like i’m floating in a bubble that can’t be popped! Both Kyle and the lady (i’m sorry i couldn’t remember her name!) that was there were both super nice and helpful through the process! They both made me feel very comfortable and prepared for the float! It was our first time and most definitely will not be our last!

I was in Dallas for a tennis tournament and felt completely sore and worn down. I looked for a recovery spot that was open and called this place. Kyle answered and told me to come in and that he’d take care of me, and he meant it. The cold plunge was set at 40 degrees which was a bit cold for me. I asked if he could raise it into the 50s, and he adjusted it right away without any hesitation. From the moment I walked in, the service was top notch. Kyle showed me around, explained all the options, and made me feel welcome. I started with the Nordic Tech compression legs, followed by the cold plunge. Before I left, he even let me rinse off in one of the showers. The whole experience felt great. The space was clean, calm, and well set up. From a customer service and recovery standpoint, this place delivers. I highly recommend it, without these guys I wouldn’t be able to perform as well as I did on the second day of the tournament.

I absolutely love this place! The owners and staff have always been incredibly helpful and willing to chat with me about various wellness topics! They carry high-quality CBD and THC products, most of which are third-party lab tested, which is something that I always look for. I would 12/10 recommend if you’re looking for exceptional wellness services (infrared sauna, cold plunge, float therapy) and superior CBD/THC products all at one location!

I’ve ALWAYS wanted to do a float. My girlfriend booked us a surprise date! It was one of my most favorite experiences. Kyle - how do I adequately describe someone who encompass "Zen." I immediately felt comfortable with him, the environment.. everything.. the moment we walked in. I was so excited I could barely stand it and he didn’t miss a beat. The tank was clean, the experience of near complete removal of sensory stimulation was exactly what I needed. I was able to really get into a state of deep meditation, awareness and mindfulness. Note: if you have any paper cuts or anything.. it WILL STING… but.. like stress and worry, it too will eventually calm down. I took it as an opportunity to sit without judgement, allow it to exist, and moved on about my meditative state. This experience (for me) was right up there with scuba and skydiving. Thank you Kyle (and your wife!) for doing good work!

I reserved my very first float in the oasis room but started with infrared light. My next service was the float but not before the Vitamin C shower. Floating was amazing and the team is great. I will Definitely be back.
