We stopped by on a Monday to check it out and loved it. Nice patio and wide selection of beers. Indoor section was nice, cool, and roomy. They have $2 off beers on Wednesday! We will be back!
friendly staff, great atmosphere! the drink specials are an amazing value & the food truck in the parking lot is delicious! a wonderful venue for a celebration, date night, or a drink & snack while you study or work remotely. they have non-alcoholic options & are child- & pet-friendly until 7pm.
My three friends and I visited Harvest House to try Soup Flight Night, and while the food experience itself started off promising, our interaction at the bar really dampened the evening. When we went up to order drinks, the bar wasn’t busy, there were customers seated and chatting, but no one actively ordering. As we looked over the drink menu, the bartender seemed visibly irritated that we were taking a moment to decide. One of my friends ordered first, and while her drink was being made, another friend realized he wanted the same drink. At that point, the bartender reacted with clear frustration and attitude, including a noticeable facial expression and a sharp tone. He then told his female coworker to continue our order in a way that made us feel like we were a bother rather than guests. (I should have gotten his name, what a shame.) However, the overall interaction left us uncomfortable enough that we chose not to tip due to the unwelcoming attitude we received. Afterward, I looked through other reviews and noticed several similar comments mentioning unfriendly or rude bartenders, especially toward new patrons. Unfortunately, that matched our experience. We wanted to enjoy our first visit and Soup Flight Night, but the bar service made it hard to fully do so. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future guests.
We usually hit this location two or three times a month. We really enjoy the atmosphere and amazing service! The outdoor seating is great. The heaters help when it’s cold. And they often have fun games, music and creative events that we are always on the look for.
Went for goth prom on Halloween night. Bartenders completely ignored me and other new patrons when we tried to ask about the menu or compliment their costumes (keep in mind the "menu" was only one drink), but spoke to and served only people they knew. I stood at the bar for a long time while a couple regulars around me had their orders taken, but I was never even acknowledged. I finally gave up when I realized I was not going to be served. As I was leaving I told the person at the door what happened, and they said it was busy. We had a comical moment where we both looked at the bar that was nowhere near full, and all the bartenders (at least 6) were either cleaning up or chatting with regulars and not taking any orders of the other patrons that decided to continue waiting. I did not see a single one of them get their order taken. This is one of the very few places in Denton that offers goth events, but the awful service is not worth it. This was my first and will be my last time here. If you’re not already a regular at this bar and are just looking for a drink and a good time, I recommend steering clear.
This place is awesome! The bartenders were friendly. The drinks were affordable and there's a HUGE variety to choose from. Personally, I love the Slow and Low Lemonade they have on tap. The patio and stage area is amazing! It's comfy and really nice. I'm definitely going back again and again.
Super friendly staff. Love the music tens of space. Excellent selection of drinks.
