Ignited Hookah Lounge

The vibe is super chill, the music is on point, and the hookah flavors are smooth and long-lasting. The staff were really friendly and attentive, checked in often to make sure everything was perfect. Definitely my new go-to spot to unwind

The vibe at this hookah lounge is fantastic, with a chill atmosphere that’s perfect for relaxing. The customer service is friendly making the experience even better. The flavours they offered were impressive. However, the washroom could definitely use some attention as it was quite dirty during my visit. Despite that, everything else was great. Definitely a place I’d return to for the good vibes and great hookah.

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a hookah lounge. The employees were extremely rude and unprofessional, with absolutely no idea how to treat customers. There was no proper handling of clients at all, and their attitude made us feel completely unwelcome. Customer service was terrible from start to finish. Instead of being polite or helpful, the staff behaved disrespectfully and showed no interest in resolving issues. I would not recommend this place to anyone. There are many better lounges with staff who actually know how to treat customers with basic respect.

This is one of best hookah in town I beleive. The best part is alcohol is not allowed and also smoking is not allowed which is good for non-smokers. But they have very limited eating options but that is understood as they are hookah specific. We have tried couch potato flavour which is amazing and its kind of different from the general hookah flavours available at any other clubs or hookah parlours. You can also bring your know food and can enjoy hookah along side. The ambience is great and slow music is merrier the ambience. If you are coming in a group, you can enjoy the place at fullest. The staff is very friendly and come up with suggestions. They also have happy hours but that is only from Monday to Thursday which is kind of negative point. This time I have came with my wife but next time I’ll be coming with my gang for sure.

Ignited hookah lounge, it is different than the usual hookah lounges in terms of size, hospitality, its flavors and the location too. Everything is unique!! It's got a special way of presenting for example the meetha pan flavour as the name says it is kind of sweet and the Arabian nights which is sort of adventurous with its amazing strong and mild flavour. It tastes similar to pan mint. The ambience is great and is what a hookah lounge should be and the size is not too huge nor too small with outside seating too and the location in the right area, like heart of the prime area around Dallas.

What a great place to spend some good times with good company. First time there, and I definitely will go back and recommend. Also, it is very affordable and you can bring your own drinks, whatever you want.

Clean and Warm place. I have been looking for a clean and classy looking Hookah lounge in Allen, Richardson and Plano. Finally I found this place. It is new and spectacular. The air is very clean and the place is well ventilated. The owner is very nice. The furniture feels just like I am in a living room. They play Arabic music that I like a lot. The choice of flavors for the hookah is very wide and attractive. The interior decor is very selective and symbolic. There is no food, sweets or alcohol. There is also no other entertainment besides TV and background music. But it is the best place to sit down, relax, have done tea and hookah, catch up with your friend or anyone significant.
