Starbucks Coffee Company

I always come to this Starbucks and everyone here is always so friendly, but today they absolutely made my day!!!! I’m not sure who the barista was that made this beautiful masterpiece but I love you!

I’m not one to write reviews however the last three visits i’ve had at this starbucks, my drink has been made wrong. The first time my venti drink had only been made with one pump of flavor, it was printed on the label however I know one pump in a venti is incorrect. The last two times i’ve ordered a frap with coffee and no coffee was added. This is extremely disappointing when coffee being a luxury is expensive!

I went to this Starbucks today. Walking up to the door and for some reason my ankle gave out on me which made me fall. I was really embarrassed got up and walked inside the girl Ashley or Amanda asked if I was OK. I was fine except really embarrassed from falling. She asked what I would like and order a pumpkin spice Latta. She was super nice and gave me mine drink free. That really made my day. It has been one of those week with work and everything else in my life. As I.was leaving She told me to have a great day. What a awesome employee working for starbucks.

Love the workers. They're very friendly, BUT it seems like my latte is consistently a little over half full. I've included the two pictures I've taken, but this happens more often than I care to take pictures of.

I ordered a 20oz coffee, and received a 16oz coffee. I then ordered two cake pops for my little ones, and received two cookies. Kinda frustrating. They just need to pay better attention.

Taylor helped me today and she was incredible. I came in with a drink that I didn’t like from a different Starbucks, and she made me a new one. Her customer service skills and her positivity was noteworthy, and she should be recognized 🙂

When they first opened up they were on top of it super friendly greeting you when you came in and now they have no positivity dragging their feet standing around and I just ordered a drink with two pumps of sauce and I saw him make the drink and not put the sauce in... I think they lost their GAF
