Customer Reviews
The Address has a rating of 4 out of 5 based on over 2673 reviews on Google
Went here on a Monday night. Ordered $3 frozens, shots, nachos, eggrolls, Hennessy wings, hookah and fries. Hookah was smooth. Drinks seemed strong. Food was good, hot, and fresh. Waitress was okay. She rudely threw the extra ranch, forgot shots, and accidentally combined tabs that were supposed to be separate. Dj had rough transitions to the next songs. Speaker was too loud. Will return to try other items.
Food was good. Not a kid environment. Some items on menu are on the pricey side. The eating area by the dj booth, the table is waaay to small
This was a nice laid back spot!! I enjoyed the scenery and the vibe, service started out good but then I noticed I has to get up a few times to get my waitress. The Dj was great, kept me entertained!! The food was good, not the best Ive had in Houston but good overall
Once we was seated the server disappeared for about 20 mins and other servers was just standing around talking. We was about to leave the the server reappeared. After that everything was great especially the Oxtails and grits
12/05/25- Would We come back? Yes!!! Food- Everything was a 10/10 Service- Our waitress was very kind, and funny Atmosphere- Big, music was good, and People were lit for the most part.
Had a blast! The DJ was rocking! The waitresses had great attitudes and they were so pretty. The food was AMAZING!!!!! The best oxtails and grits I EVER had. It had slightly too much pepper and it overpowered the flavor just a little bit but definitely not anything to complain about. They fell right off the bone. The shrimp and grits were on the same caliber. Chicken was crunchy and seasoned like it was the last chicken to be ate. Definitely mouthwatering! Definitely had a great time! Definitely will be back again!
This is the WORSE club I have ever been to in Houston. This is one of Houston’s busiest weekends (Black Rodeo weekend) and this spot is horribly prepared. Short staffed, don’t have half the liquor on the menu nor do they have the food listed on the menu, and poor customer service. We paid almost $1000 for two bottles (second choices because they didn’t have our first choice) and had to wait 3.5 hours for the bottles to arrive. To top it off the only chasers they had were orange juice, soda water, and Red Bull. One person from our party ran to the store to get us some juice. I ordered food as soon as I got here and was never told that they didn’t have what I ordered until I inquired about "where was my food?" I ordered something else and still never got it. Attempted to go to the bar only to see that there was only one bartender at the bar. This has truly been my BIGGEST disappointment in Houston ever!! 0 stars across the board!!
