We checked out TAO’s Sunday all-you-can-eat brunch ($65 per person) on its opening weekend. It was our first time visiting, and we were curious to try it. The variety was great - fresh oysters, shrimp, sashimi, Chinese dim sum like har gow and siu mai, noodles, burgers, roast meats, and a nice selection of desserts including macarons. Overall, the food quality was solid - not ultra high-end, but definitely good and satisfying. The ambiance really stands out. The space feels upscale and very "Vegas," which adds to the experience. With today’s dining prices and inflation in the U.S., $65 per person feels like a reasonable value for the selection and atmosphere. A fun brunch option in Las Vegas, especially if you’re looking for variety in a lively setting
Dark, high energy party vibe with standout seafood dishes. It's loud because of the music, but still manageable for conversation. We celebrated a special event with the $108 per person multi course special and it was a lot of food. The appetizer and seafood rounds were excellent, not a single bad dish. Entrées were more mixed, about 50/50 for our group. Dessert was solid overall, with most dishes enjoyed. Each round includes around five plates, so you definitely get your money's worth. Arrive hungry and make a reservation in advance. It's pricey, but great for a special occasion.
Tao Asian Bistro is an absolute must-visit in Las Vegas. From the moment you walk in, the ambiance sets the tone—dimly lit, stylish, and energetic without feeling overwhelming. The space feels upscale and immersive, with a cool, modern Asian aesthetic that makes the whole experience feel like a night out, not just dinner. The food is phenomenal across the board. Every dish we tried was beautifully presented and packed with bold, balanced flavors. The sushi was incredibly fresh, the dim sum was delicate and flavorful, and the hot dishes were rich without being heavy. You can really tell that a lot of care goes into both the ingredients and the execution. Portions are generous for a high-end restaurant, making it great for sharing and sampling multiple items. What truly elevates Tao, though, is the staff. The service was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely warm. Our server took the time to explain the menu, offered great recommendations, and checked in at just the right moments without being intrusive. Everything felt smooth and well-coordinated, even with how busy the restaurant was. Overall, Tao Asian Bistro delivers on every level—exceptional food, top-notch service, and an unforgettable atmosphere. Whether you’re celebrating something special or just want an incredible dining experience in Vegas, Tao is absolutely worth it.
This place was such a vibe. I had the pleasure of visiting in October during my friend’s wedding weekend. It’s very dimly lit but the inside is very dreamy and sultry. Our group ordered a few sushi rolls, a round of drinks and a few entrees to share. The Thai duck fried rice was one of the most exquisite meals I’ve ever tasted. I’m still thinking about it. Our waiter was great and we all had a good time. To put the cherry on top, we were able to end our night at their nightclub. Open bar was offered for an hour making it the perfect pre-wedding evening.
Started with lychee martini, there was a nice piece of lychee in the drink. The edamame and Shishido peppers were delicious. Orange chicken was by far my favorite, real orange peels in the dish. Sweet and sour soup was flavorful as well. Ate so much and felt good after eating it.
We had such an amazing experience at this restaurant, and a big part of that was because of our servers, Brandon and Justin. They were absolutely fantastic. Both of them were incredibly attentive and thoughtful — they seemed to know exactly what we needed before we even realized it ourselves. From start to finish, they made sure everything was perfect and that we felt taken care of the entire time. Brandon and Justin truly went above and beyond. They weren’t just good servers, they were exceptional. Their attention to detail, kindness, and professionalism made our visit unforgettable. Plus Justin made recommendations off the menu that were absolutely delicious,so thank you for that! We can’t wait to come back next time we are in Vegas.
Loved the lobster wontons and crispy tofu. Unfortunately the sea bass had an ammonia taste, they were kind and offered new ones but was full enough so we declined. Service was great.
