Chungdam Lounge Bar

Had a great time here in Koreatown! The place has a fun retro pocha vibe, great music, and a lively atmosphere that’s perfect for hanging out with friends. The servers were friendly and attentive, and the whole experience was really enjoyable. Definitely a great weekend spot for drinks, food, and good vibes with friends. Would come back again!

I went back to Chungdam because I heard they launched a new menu… I ordered the Jjudaese (spicy stir-fried octopus, beef tripe, and shrimp) and the Hinoki Steamed Set. Unlike other places that only go big on portions, Chungdam really nailed both flavor and presentation. The mix of spicy sauce with chewy octopus, savory beef tripe, and shrimp was just perfect — the tripe was rich and flavorful, and even now my mouth waters just thinking about it. When they lifted the lid of the Hinoki Steamer, I couldn’t help but say "Wow!" It looked beautiful and felt healthy at the same time. The two sauces that came with it were amazing — especially the Thai-style sauce that made the meat melt in my mouth. I’m already planning to go back soon! The atmosphere was great, and both the food and the vibe were top-notch. If you’re ever in K-town, Chungdam is definitely the hot spot — highly recommend stopping by for a drink and a meal!

Such a great vibe. The atmosphere made it easy to settle in and stay awhile. Staff was friendly and everything came out fast. Whether you’re here to catch up with friends or just unwind, this place nails it. Definitely coming back.

My friends and I stumbled upon this place after dinner and ended up having an amazing night! Awesome lighting, great music, excellent service and the drinks were absolutely delicious! We had such a great time and it's the now go-to spot to bring all the pals. Thank you again for a lovely evening!

The ambiance was very pretty from the moment you walk in and sit inside. It’s spacious and has lot’s of tables! 👍🏻 Service was great they were attentive and came back to check on us! 🚙 PARKING IS A PLUS! There is a parking lot available! No need to walk far! Love this especially in LA! (Thursdays-Saturdays Valet Only!) Check out their HAPPY HOUR! (Sun-Thur) We came on a weeknight and enjoyed the chill vibes! 😌Definitely coming back here again!

It's a place with a very good atmosphere and the food is so delicious Especially the highball is so delicious!!!! I think I'll always come to a good meeting place from now on. The staff was so kind that I had a happier time. It's the best place in Korean Town.👍👍👍
