Came to El Cid for the first time last night for the flamenco and dinner show! The dancers were absolutely amazing and as a flamenco student I was mesmerized by them. You can tell that this place has a lot of history and feels like you are walking into a cave in Andalusia. It’s beautiful! We brought my grandma with us and I will say that this place is definitely not handicap friendly. The bathroom stalls are super small and getting in and out of the restaurant was super challenging. Steps everywhere and there is no near by parking, not even for handicap. So keep that in mind! Food was ok, nothing to rave about but the service is wonderful and the show makes up for what they lack. A place you need to visit once in your life.

Came here for a date night for the Flamenco show. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our experience! The food was delicious—I had the salmon, and he had the steak. We both loved our dishes (minus the dry broccoli, lol). Our waiter was the absolute sweetest—warm, attentive, and incredibly efficient. The show was fantastic, especially the intermission where they shared the history of Flamenco, which added so much depth to the performance. I’d definitely recommend this!

Valentine's Day at El Cid was an enchanting experience that my husband and I will cherish forever. Tucked away on Sunset Blvd, this charming restaurant offered the perfect blend of romance and culinary delight. As soon as we walked in, we were welcomed by the friendly staff and a cozy, candlelit ambiance that set the stage for a memorable evening. We began our meal with a delightful soup and salad duo. The soup was a warm, comforting embrace, rich in flavor, while the salad was fresh and crisp, providing a perfect balance. For our main course, we both opted for the short ribs, and they were nothing short of spectacular. The meat was so tender it practically melted in our mouths, and the accompanying sauce was a savory masterpiece that tied the dish together beautifully. Adding to the magic of the evening was a surprise flamenco performance. The dancers' passion and rhythm captivated us, transporting us to a vibrant Spanish fiesta right in the heart of Los Angeles. El Cid is more than just a restaurant; it's a place where every detail is thoughtfully curated to create an unforgettable dining experience. Whether you're celebrating a special occasion or simply looking for a unique night out, El Cid is a must-visit. We left with full hearts, satisfied palates, and a newfound appreciation for the art of dining.

Came here for the bar/an event (Dopamine), so I've never tried the food. The venue was amazing though. There were a lot of people yet there still was plenty of room to dance. Loved it! Would come again

Sick venue but be careful walking down the steps! Also, on maps if you park under the bridge it’s going to tell you to go straight then make a turn however it’s up the hill and right by the bridge! Don’t get lost 🫡

El Cid has a simple menu but tasty food with a pricey tab ($120 per person), but I was there for the experience. The show was great and they could use an extra dancer to have 2 couples 💃 dancing.

We booked here for a birthday party of my friend. They helped us make this event memorable for us, even their staff contributed to the party. They served top class food, we are really happy to here.
