Shim Sham

One of my favorite bars around here. It’s intimate but doesn’t usually get too cramped. Very cozy vibes, almost like being at a friends house. I like how the bar is set up in a horseshoe shape, it kinda feels like sitting at a big table with a bunch of strangers. There are a few comfy little seating areas if you don’t want to sit at the bar. My friends and I love coming on Monday for movie night (free popcorn!) Plus they have a sweet photo booth just past the restrooms 🙂

Great local bar with a down to earth crowd. Bartenders are all great. The Photo Booth is always a great time. They have western nights on Wednesday’s which are really fun and a nice happy hour. Very queer friendly spot with diverse patrons. Delightfully free of the type of people you’d see at Bacari or 4100 Bar. Highly recommend to dimensional, chill locals.

Had so much fun here. Amazing lighting and decor plus the horse shoe shaped bar and cozy tables add a lot of character! I had the $11 tequila grapefruit special which was divine. Didn’t think they had food? Tacos across the street were bomb too.

We went for some drinks, the place is super cozy and fun at the same time, it was a little loud at first but then we found a special private place with our own dimmer for the Christmas lights, and we could talk, laugh and have a spectacular time!!! Service was cool and cocktails were just perfect. Many thanks !

New neighborhood divebar and couldn't be happier. Location is great, cozy vibes, fabulous happy hour and just the nicest staff. Don't forget to order a pickle side, you wont be disappointed!

Great local watering hole, with fun photo "booth", board games, pickles, and clean bathrooms. What more can you ask for!? Cheers.

What a great new bar to the LA scene! It's a lively place that can definitely get crowded but with the great bartenders, you still get a drink promptly! Will definitely have this in my rotation of places to go have a good time... shout out to Paige for being an awesome host and slinger of booze!
