Well, what can I say. I very friendly bar with strong drinks and decent prices. The clientele are good mix of different folks from different walks which leads to interesting conversations. The bartender Jim was a hoot and a great entertainer. All around good chill vibes.

I went here recently and I was completely treated like garbage by Glenn. Clearly has a drinking problem while on the job and deeply needs therapy. I was told the whole time about how he shouldn’t have to serve women and how he really didn’t want me there. Seems like he has issues with his ex wife that he takes out on women who come to this bar. The other bartender was amazing but GLENN NEEDS TO GO.

Historic bar that welcomes all...open early and closes late is a historical ataple tavern in the Harbor District.

I went to the bar last September 2023 after my son had passed away. I had been up for almost 72 hours straight as I was staying by my son's bedside during his hospice and when he finally passed. I needed to put on a good buzz. They had no problem giving me strong drinks and as I always do, I give great tips. They were fine with that, until I fell asleep on their patio. The place was not busy at that time. I apologized to the owner and tried to explain what my situation was but he didn't care and told me to get out and not to come back again..... like I said; he had no problem taking my money...and he was the one who was extremely rude. As I was walking out the door he continued to yell and berate me and threaten me. Again...I was in a bad place at that time and he wouldn't even give me a chance to explain....especially since I was not bothering anyone. The female bartender was great.... the owner lacked any sense of class. It's to bad the owner had to be like that because the patrons as well as the female bartender at that time were very friendly. Just sayin

A very friendly bar. Great staff, fair prices.

This place has seen some fantastic changes in the last few months. New staff to enhance an already great staff, new nightly specials, weekly lunch specials. Saturday night theme night is great with shirtless sweaty studs in leather as well as their holiday buffets and cookouts. A decent beer selection and great COCKtails. You guys need to check this place out.
