The Lipstick Lounge

Awesome spot that is tragically under the radar for its food. Always a great vibe, and the food always comes out as ordered and delicious. Can get packed and crammed inside, making it hard for servers to get to you, but not a deal breaker in my opinion. Great time every time I go.

Genuinely, the burger I had was the best burger of my life, the drinks were good, and the vibes were great.

I lost my beloved wife, Belmont pop culture scholar Dr. Meg Tully, to cancer back in October 2024. I completely shut down once she passed and cut myself off from the world. Eventually, on a whim, I decided to go by myself to karaoke at Lipstick. I had always heard it was a great place but had no idea what to expect. I'm glad I did, because the staff and patrons are some of the coolest, most welcoming people I've ever had the pleasure of interacting with. Even after a year, it is still the only place I can get out to. If you're looking for a great spot, look no further. Lipstick is the bees' knees.

Paying a $5 cover just for the guy running karaoke to be rude to me and my friends was kind of shocking. Love it here usually, I think his name was Jason. I'm like dude, it's not hard to be kind. For a "queer friendly" space I just wish the vibe was more friendly. It felt like he hated our guts for even daring to want to do karaoke like damn

Always a blast. Sweet bartender made sure we were served after someone cut us in line. New sports bar in back. Excellent karaoke DJ always.

Great place to karaoke! Nice crowd and KJ. The bartenders were great.. All around fun place to relax and sing & dance. Small inside but powerful vibes.

My new lesbian home everytime I visit Nashville, the karaoke night was lit and the club decor is beautiful ‼️
