Balcon Salon

We went to Balcon Salon for a drag show and had such a fun night. The performances were crazy, creative and super entertaining, and the crowd was really into it. Our drinks were delicious and we loved the overall vibes of the place. We will definitely come back.

Noah’s attitude was disgusting along with some of his co-workers! The ambiance and energy is great until you get to the bar! If hospitality is what your into, do better!

First time visiting and last! Drag show was fire. Till the moment one of the bartenders (short guy with hat) approached very aggressively and mean. Like how? Its supposed to be safe space. Managment should check what you guys are hiring for your establishment . Disgusting and Nasty attitude just for order a drink. I dont recommend this place and will never come back!

We came with friends on Tuesday night to support a friend in the competition. The show itself was great, the bar staff were super pleasant, the comedy was fun, and the host was great and friendly. The only real letdown was the DJ. Instead of just handling the music, he kept talking over the comedians during their sets, which was distracting for both the performers and the audience. At one point, the host even asked him to let the comedians "do their thing," but he still kept interrupting and even argued back. It definitely took away from the otherwise great vibe.

The drag shows are very fun! It's called Balcón because the upstairs feels like you're on a BALCONY!

I visited tonight on Halloween night with some friends, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing due to the behavior of one of the security staff. After waiting in line for the restroom for about 10 minutes, several people cut ahead of me. When I calmly tried to explain that I was next in line, the security guard began yelling at me instead of listening. I attempted to clarify the situation respectfully, but she continued to raise her voice and told me she could have me removed from the bar. I found this response completely unnecessary and unprofessional. I have visited this venue before and always had a positive experience, but this incident made me feel disrespected and embarrassed. I hope management reviews this situation and ensures that staff, especially security personnel, are trained to handle customer interactions with professionalism and empathy. Incidents like this negatively impact the overall atmosphere and reputation of an otherwise enjoyable venue.

Steven M is an amazing person and so caring. Also he is great at his job and always know my drink before entering the bar. That’s a "Go To" bartender. Especially for tourist and anyone traveling or even just anyone that loves a great bartender with one of the best vibes out there.
