This was a terrible and unsettling experience. I arrived early and parked directly in front of the entrance. Shortly after, several police officers showed up and began going in and out of the building to speak with the manager. More officers arrived, and it looked like they were searching for something. When I went to check on my truck, it was gone. I immediately asked the bouncer at the entrance, but he claimed he didn’t see anything. I also asked the manager to check the cameras, and I got no useful response. The staff seemed more focused on the police activity than helping a paying customer whose vehicle had just disappeared from right outside their door. The complete lack of concern, transparency, or assistance was unacceptable. I left feeling uneasy and deeply disappointed by how poorly the staff handled the situation. I would strongly caution others about this place’s management and customer service.

I came across this bar by chance and found two great pours of bourbon. The price per pour was bearable, so I chose the 19 y.o Old Fitzgerald and Blanton’s Gold. Had a great time.

I was rudely told by a waitress to hurry up and order because she was in a rush when I was trying to explain a certain drink I wanted that I didn't know to name to. She also got mad that I accidentally signed the wrong copy of the receipt and said "really??"

Steins is definitely my favorite bar in Odessa! Great place to hang out with amazing attentive servers and bartenders! (Ask for Kevin, Pete, or JP!) Pete always takes great care of us. He makes the best shots and drinks and always has new recommendations. The service is always quick, music is always on point, and karaoke on Friday and Saturday is always fun. This place NEVER disappoints.

The other day I went with some friends to have some gin tonics. Everything went well until a blonde bartender came into scene. When we ordered one more round, she poured soda instead of tonic water. When I told her that was not what I ordered, she took it and threw it away in a very impolite and rude way. I decided to tell the manager about her behavior and, to my surprise, he told me quite aggressively WE had been rude to her -according to her, that is. When I tried to explain the situation to him, he just said all of a sudden that we had to leave the bar. It is UNBELIEVABLE how absurd, impolite and rude this two bartenders-wannabes were to perfectly behaving customers. I really wish them the worst of fortunes in business.
