I had a 15-person reservation for the VIP section upstairs. Online they told me it was a non-smoking venue but when I arrived it was very much cigarettes and 420 friendly. This is the first time I had ever been to a gay nightclub and it was so much fun. Everybody was very nice and welcoming. I felt like I could really talk to just about anybody there. I was happy to share my VIP space with people who were not in my group. The drink prices were not outrageous and the drinks were quite strong. Music was fun and dancing space is very ample on the first floor. There is a bar upstairs and downstairs. However do be careful, the stairwell to get upstairs and downstairs is very narrow and steep. Didn't get packed till about 12am. There were ALOT of attractive younger women there mostly in their 20s and 30s.

This bar/club has a large dance floor, upper balcony with great lighting and multiple bars located throughout. You dont have to be gay either to enjoy what this bar has to offer. I personally found the vibes to be much better than a regular bar. My bartender Cameron was really good at making drinks and attentive. Im not gay but I could see myself coming here again because its simply a fun place to be.

The atmosphere of the club is great and so are the drinks. My main complaint is that the DJ plays the same songs every Saturday. What’s the point of doing song requests if you’re just going to ignore them and play pink pony club and Taylor swift all night.

This is THE dance/night club in the district for sure. If you are wanting to dance and be in a HUGE crowd…this is where’d you want to go. Lines for drinks can take a hot second but bartenders are kind. This place is always packed every time I’ve been there, and is a fun time nonetheless. It can be overwhelming at times (especially the bathrooms), and the upstairs area is where you can go to escape and enjoy the scenery that is happening below.

While the atmosphere is great and it's wonderful to have a queer space to dance, Angles has many problems that have made me hesitant to return each time. For one, a lot of the staff is very unpleasant, specially the bartender who works the bar next to the entrance. He's been there every time I've come and has always been relatively rude. It didn't particularly bother me until he picked a fight with my friend because he misheard her order. He proceeded to yell at her to "take her service elsewhere" over a simple misunderstanding when she was nothing but kind and apologetic to him. The bartender upstairs however has always been sweet to my friends and I. I recommend going to her if you're looking to buy a drink. Security is another issue. I was once there on a Friday and witnessed multiple older men prowling around the dance floor, taking videos of women dancing, and one even smacked a girl's behind when she was dancing on the platforms. Later that night, my friend was getting followed around by this same man and told security that she was scared to walk to her car. He mentioned that these men have gotten multiple complaints just that night alone, however they were NOT kicked out and were in fact there the next night. On top of that, security refused to walk my friend to her car since it was parked off property. It's understandable for staff to not leave the premises, however they proceeded to let this man follow her to her car without any interference. I think a lot about what could have happened if this man didn't take no for an answer (he thankfully did, after following my friend down the street. when she told him he was not coming home with her, he began to verbally harass her and then thankfully sulked off). The music is another (more menial) issue. The music that played during pride month was amazing, however every time I have returned since, the music has been nothing special and usually quite boring. As a final note, the drinks are nothing special. They're way overpriced and I find I usually prefer to get drinks at Tramps or Indigo Lounge beforehand (drinks are better, bartenders are much nicer, and the prices are more reasonable). They also don't serve ice water, only bottled, which is inconvenient but nothing that bothered me too much. HOWEVER, they do confiscate these water bottles when you leave the club which is incredibly annoying after the money you pay for it. I'm sure it's some sort of liability issue, but it is wildly obnoxious to leave with the intention of sobering up for the ride home and having your only water confiscated at the door. My friends and I will definitely continue to return as this is the only gay club in the area, but I would really suggest that management ups their standards for the staff and ESPECIALLY their security.

Very friendly! The music was so much fun too! Everyone was so kind. Will make mocktails for you. Smokey and 420 friendly so be aware of that.

So my first experience here was on Halloween and not great. The line was down the block with zero effort from the club to control it. People were cutting the line and being super nasty about it. Which caused us to wait TWO HOURS to get in. The people who cut in front of us were flat out aggressive and when I told them to get back out of the line they said "and what are you going to do about it?? " Once we got past the ID check and security, we were at the part where you get armbands. The people who cut us were just standing there so we went around them. They proceeded to shove my sister and myself, almost knocking me over. This was right in front of security and staff. I do not know if they didn't see this happen or didn't care. But it was not a great experience and the club clearly makes no effort to ensure a safe environment
