Duffy's Sports Grill

Been going to Duffys for years in Palm Beach County. All locations, Boynton, Northlake, Village etc. This location always misses the mark. This time was the last straw. Pictured is supposed to be Hot Honey Garlic. These wings don’t even look like they’ve been fried????? Called right away & they said they couldn’t do anything. I’m sure they won’t care about this review either. SMH never again.

Update: corporate gave me a call and corrected everything. Their customer service sales make up for any inexperience at the location and I strongly believe that they are going to improve everything. Duffy’s corporate is really focused on making this location just like the rest of them making them up to standards that were used to for Duffy’s. we will be returning to the location and our expectations are good. We know that you will make it Duffy’s. Old: The drink price is on the table give a special two for One for a certain price. The drink price is on. The actual menu are different. Once we explained that we looked at the drink menu because we didn’t order food From the menu, we just ordered appetizers that we know you already have and it was only two. We ordered a drink from the table Table stand not from the big menu and instead of honoring our prices they kind of argued with us about it and then took five dollars off The manager wasn’t very polite. It was night time so maybe they were ready to go home the server and the bartender were very nice to us and the host who walked us in. We’re nice. I’m going to complain to corporate about the pricing problem. You should honor a price if you’re advertising it incorrectly not to mention it took 30 minutes for the manager to come out and even speak to us.

I am a regular at Duffy. I come every Thursday for trivia, and Ayanna is always taking care of me. Today I ordered the chicken Alfredo. Usually, I stick to my regular drink, but Ayanna encouraged me to try something new… and I LOVED it so much! 😍😍😍🥰

Shana and Taylor, Mother Daughter team are the bomb. Such a pleasure going to a place and they actually love their jobs. They took great care of us and we enjoyed everything about our experience. Definitely going back and asking for them to take care of us again. Thank you Duffy' for hav8ng them on your staff. They are awesome!!🎉🎉

Boy has this place gone down hill over the years. We went for an early lunch on Sunday (11am). We were sat and greeted quickly. We decided to dine outside and EVERY single table was dirty from the night before. We let it go as our server sat us and apologized. Apps came out they were mediocre at best. Who's mozzarella sticks are spicy !?!? Server said it was prob the sauce but i don't use sauce. So i dont know about that! 2 out of 5 were empty . Drinks 2 for1 is an absolute joke , just a ploy to make you think your getting a deal when it cost $18 for 2 beers. Its not 2 for 1!!! Got our lunches and opted for 2 of the ribeye specials for $39 a piece, which is fine and pretty standard these days . But ... the mushroom sauce that was supposed to come with the entrée, never did about ONE HOUR later they finally said it was never made and takes hours to make after saying it would be coming out . Manager came out and was very , very nice and bought us desserts and did a 25% discount which was generous . But $250 for lunch at duffys is INSANE, especially to have the experience we did. Won't be returning .

Had a great experience at Duffy’s! Kaylee was amazing, super friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. Service like hers really makes the difference and keeps people coming back. Food and atmosphere were on point too. Definitely recommend asking for Kaylee if you’re here!

I visited this Duffy's location for the first time on a weekday afternoon. Although it was quiet, it took a minute for someone to greet us at the hostess stand. Our server who was also a bartender, was friendly, but attention was sporadic, with refills only offered when requested. The mozzarella sticks and ahi tuna nachos were highlights, while the kids' mac 'n cheese was store-bought Kraft. The firecracker shrimp tacos were enjoyable. Overall, the food was satisfying, but the service could use improvement.
