The drinks here are some of the most delicious ones I've had! I especially love the Chaizen. Their whipped cream is also super tasty and the service is amazing. And I'm happy to tip because I know when I buy delicious local coffee, the employees deserve it! If I didn't want to tip, I would go to Starbucks. Thanks Juice and Java Provo!

great place for yummy drinks and a little chat if you’re sweet! always happy to tip because the baristas have to serve and make the drinks and deal with evil customers who don’t get how cafes work! i love when employees stand up for themselves and match energies! if your chill they will be chill back!

Super sick, just went there with my son and got a sick tea and a white hot chocolate. Fist of all its so uncomfortable when asked at window on the spot "Do you want to leave at tip " if you want your employees to get a tip then have a the costumer sign a receipt that asks . Anyways.. when I said No she salmed the window , when she came back and handed me the 2 drinks I said thank you so much and no response just slamed the window again. At first I felt bad not leaving a tip but not after that. I will never be back , no matter how good there sick tea works.

I thought I was the only one here, but they really have this bad habit. I ordered by drive-thru, and they asked for a tip for a small late... I said no, and they charged me anyway, $6. It had a horrible taste, and it was like a personal lesson they tried to give me. It looks like it was meant to be that way. If you can avoid this place is highly recommended! There are some better places with good services 1 min from that place

Just went through the drive through, and when I declined to leave a tip on my medium, hot coffee, she responded with, "that's unfortunate." Her demeanor seemed to shift a little in that moment, and it felt like she was actually upset at me. When she finally handed off the coffee all she said was, "here," before closing the window again. As I was driving away I felt like I should check it, and discovered the drink was only half full. I've gotten their "Godfather," before and it's never been half full nor did it taste so watery. I used to love coming here, and I normally never leave reviews. But that interaction honestly made me feel like my coffee got sabotaged just because I didn't leave a tip on an interaction that I don't feel necessitates one.

this place sucks for coffee and any other drink. it depends on the barista taking your order to either overcharge you or give themselves a tip. went in after i was overcharged and the two dummies working didn't help me. horrible customer service.

If there is a little black haired girl with glasses DO NOT stop here she will mess up your drinks real bad if you don’t tip her and when you ask to get them fixed she will decline and just tell you that tips are really appreciated. After spending 25 dollars on a couple drinks the least they can do is make them taste like more than just water and cream. Very upset and will never be coming back to my go to spot.
