First time here. I was so lucky to catch the show since I was visiting. 10/10 experience. If i'm ever back in town, I'll definitely be there
They don't serve food, but they do serve excellent cocktails and beer. I love all the different areas within the bar. The drag show was fantastic and the dancing area/DJ were so fun
Huge venue, busy yet attentive staff and bartenders. So fun are the indoor and outdoor areas like a fun maze with surprises. Super awesome that there's no cover for over 21 y.o. Diverse beautiful visitors of all sexes and genders. Dance floor was great fun, mostly playing high tempo stuff and remixes. Bathroom actually has toilet paper and soap and paper towels. Whisky sour wasn't very sour but the alcohol was still good.
i'm begging you. BEGGING YOU. to have guest dj's or preferrably get rid of your dj all together. he is the WORST dj in town. i go to legends nearly every weekend and he plays nearly the exact same set every weekend. zero mixing, just hitting play on a pre-made playlist. he also refuses requests (i assume because he can't mix them in). please please do guest djs at your new location, it will bring more people!
We have enjoyed legends in the past but are going to rethink going in the future. After waiting in a very long line, my wife was told her bag was too large and she couldn’t come in. She was carrying a normal size purse, mind you that was nearly empty, and the lady refused to let us in. We’ve gone many times before with her carrying the same bag and had no issues. Not two seconds after we walk away, we see two girls carrying TWO huge tote bags walk out. We snagged a photo and showed the woman at the door, confused they those girls were allowed in. Her response "guess we missed seeing their bags earlier." Like ma’am I’m sorry that my wife and I present very femme and straight-looking and our aesthetic didn’t match your vibe, but refusing to let us in for no actual reason is WILD. I am all about safety so totally understand having a bag size rule, but 1. You need to enforce it to everyone, not who you hand select and 2. after leaving we checked the website and then measured my wife’s purse and it is within the allowable size of bags allowed. This was going to be our last stop for Pride and we had a massive group of friends coming to meet us who we told to go elsewhere instead. This really ruined the mood for our Pride weekend. We’re disappointed legends.
I've visited Legend a few times over the past four years, and sadly, the experience has gone downhill. Recent changes have made it increasingly unpleasant, leaving a sour taste. First, there's now a cover charge every night, which feels excessive given the atmosphere. The staff collecting the fee is cold as ice—no greeting, no smile, not even a "have fun." It sets a tone that’s anything but welcoming. The crowd skews very young, majority of them are under 21, and their behavior reflects that. Also, it simply does not feel inclusive—and honestly, it never really has. To top it off, the associate working the store was incredibly dismissive. He seemed uninterested in helping and made you feel like you were causing a major inconvenience just by asking a question—as if you were annoying him by simply existing in the space. And this is someone who only works there three nights a week. If you're looking for a mature, respectful, and enjoyable night out, I’d recommend steering clear of Legend.
New Years celebration was lit, bartenders were on point, slanging then drinks fast. Good atmosphere
