Racer's Pub
This establishment, a dive bikini bar, has recently transitioned to new ownership, bringing a fresh perspective to the venue. The casual atmosphere is complemented by a selection of beers, micheladas, and shooters, along with light snacks. While the decor may be somewhat dated, it adds to the bar's unique charm. The staff, including bartenders in bikinis, maintain a relaxed and welcoming environment, ensuring guests feel comfortable and safe.
However, the service quality can be inconsistent, with occasional lapses in attention and hygiene. Despite these issues, the bar offers a distinctive experience that caters to those seeking a laid-back setting. For a more substantial meal, nearby options like Alberto’s are recommended. Overall, the bar provides a quirky and memorable outing for those willing to overlook minor shortcomings.

Last time I went, the bartender Si**** stayed behind the bar drinking and never came to ask us if we wanted a drink. We had to go to the bar to try to get drinks. Never again. Crowleys across the street is alot better or dollies off mc kinley.
Came in with my boy to watch football game .1 bartender only constantly seen blowing her nose never leaving the dirty tissue out of her left hand serving drinks and pre bussing glasses with it in her hand still .Quite discusting and said she was covering a shift .Nice of you Sierra but next time just stay home and get better .Talking to guest wiping her nose …prepping lemons bringing to guest bare hands ..Never washed her hand whole time …. your in food drink industry better us to witness then health department
**This is a dive bikini bar.** As of December 2025, this establishment is under new ownership, as the previous owner (Fred) passed away. Under new ownership (by a woman who used to bartend here, hallelujah) They mostly serve beer here and offer micheladas along with some shooters. There’s a small variety of snacks like corn nuts, Cheetos, and candy bars so don’t come here expecting to get full on anything-that’s what Alberto’s is for at the end of the block. People complaining about the bartenders wearing bikinis need to calm down, they ID at the door and I’ve seen more cheeks at Copacabana Beach in Rio. The place could use a bit of a facelift, but the grimy is part of its charm. As a woman, I have felt very safe at this establishment when I come in to get a beverage and drunken/disorderly/rude behavior or harassment is not tolerated towards staff or other patrons. Weapons and bike patches are also not allowed. There are two pool tables, AMI jukebox station, and ATM. Bar is open mornings at 10 and closes at 2 am, last call is around 1:30/40 am.
I come here when it’s not too full with my friends. So far, I haven’t met the "drunk owner" that the other reviews mentioned , but I’ll leave an update if I ever do. The beer is decent, and you just need quarters to play pool. It’s a chill spot when it’s not full!
It’s a bikini bars sometimes with 1 girl and other days 2. Nothing crazy. Beer and fake alcohol. Some people might have a problem with a place like this but during the day it’s low key and most of the girls are friendly once you show your fare more than once. If your guy is coming here relax. It’s 1 girl and 45 dudes. He doesn’t stand a chance.
"I just want to tell you about the situation with Fred Chandler, the owner of the place. He’s at the bar during all business hours, constantly drunk and continues to drink while working. We've been there several times with friends, and it's no coincidence that each time we’ve been, Fred kicks people out for no reason. He’ll scream and even threaten to throw you out if you make a mistake at the pool table. As someone who owns multiple businesses nearby, I can tell you that his behavior is unprofessional. He treats the place like it’s his own home and doesn't seem to understand how to run a business. The waitresses have even confided in us that they’re scared of him. It’s honestly not a good environment, and it’s been tough to deal with every time we go." If you want yo have a beer a place to relax and get away from problems this is not the place tjis Man does not belong here…..
Kind of sleezy. I walked in thinking it would be a motorcycle or bike bar, unfortunately I was wrong. Both of the female bartenders were dressed like strip club bartenders, lots of tattoos and thongs. Lots of dudes hanging out, like a few women on a Friday night. Just felt like a front for an escort service or something like that. Will not be going there again.
