Back in my early 20s, this was the go-to spot for $1 shots (shoutout Shirley). Today, a good friend of mine owns it with his family, and the upgrades are impressive. The liquor selection has been significantly improved, the remodel looks great, and there’s a pool table for anyone who enjoys playing. The staff is welcoming and generous, and the overall atmosphere is inviting. I was also grateful for the opportunity to do my first photoshoot here for my friends—shoutout to Would You Believe for making it possible. Definitely worth a visit.

Customer service is amazing and that are very much a vibe. I had an old-fashioned here which was very well-made and Tasteful. Staff continue to make sure that we were taken care of and cared for. Plus, there’s a pool table. 10 points for Gryffindor.

They had amazing drinks for the holidays, the menu was amazing with Christmas drinks. The bartender was on point "Randy was the man" made every drink on the menu for us. My favorite was rum rum Rudolph.

Wrong and embarrassing behavior from staff. Go across the street to the Hearth instead. Bar was COMPLETELY empty, not a single person in the establishment, and I got denied by the bartender for my REAL id. He completely and repeatedly denied it even after showing him proof and my hometown friend having a passport with the same birth year, hometown and all. They didn’t even have a black light to confirm that it was real, even at request. What kind of bar doesn’t own a black light?? Unprofessional AND wrong. For context, my id is from Hawaii and vertical with a tiny chip in the corner from nearly 5 years of use. He wouldn’t accept it bc of the chip. Sad that they lost business and were accusing me of committing a crime because I’m 22 and from another state. Educate your bartenders correctly and maybe people will come to your bar.

I really enjoyed my time here. This bar was the last on our night out and the vibes were so chill and amazing. Helped me learn how to play pool properly and the drinks were so tasty✨ Took care of us and had some sick conversations. As an lgbtq+ group with a range of identities we felt supported and just chill. Glad we stopped by. (Pictured is one of their popular drinks! My friends enjoyed it a lot I’m a personal fan of their Mule 🤤)

Whole staff is amazing and a vibe. Drinks are top tier and so is the environment. My FAVORITE is for sure Amanda though. If she’s there, guaranteed to be a good time. Mickey’s vodka lemonades are my favorite drink in the neighborhood!
