The Gold Room Chicago Gentlemen's Club

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at The Gold Room Chicago. The manager I was told was named Andrews was incredibly rude and disrespectful toward customers. People come to clubs to have a good time and spend money, not to be treated with attitude by the person who’s supposed to be running the place professionally. I’ve been to other clubs owned by the same group and never had any issues, which makes this experience even more frustrating. This particular location clearly has a management problem. If you go here, be aware that the manager’s behavior can completely ruin the vibe of the night. I was honestly shocked by how unprofessional it was. If reviews allowed it, I would give the manager 0 stars. The only positive thing I can say is that the security staff were great. They were respectful, helpful, and handled themselves professionally. Management should learn from them. I hope ownership sees this and addresses the issue because it reflects badly on the club and the brand.

I have visited other clubs owned by your group before and never had any issues, which is why this situation at this particular location stood out so much. I strongly encourage management to look into how customers are being treated and consider making improvements in leadership at this venue. On a positive note, the security staff were actually great. They were polite, helpful, and handled themselves professionally. They represented the club much better than the management did that night. I’m sharing this feedback because I hope it’s taken seriously and addressed so that future customers don’t have the same experience

This was my first time at this club & I had a wonderful time. Atmosphere was enjoyable, the dancers very polite, drinks were nice although I wish they had screwball peanut butter for the old fashion drink. The server was tremendously pleasant, polite, and engaging with small conversation and actively listening & server seemed genuinely interested in making her patrons experience great service. Oh and by the way the blonde server was very stunning in her uniform yet the only thing that shadowed her uniform was her beautiful eyes and complimenting smile. Can't wait to come back !

The staff was professional and quick to respond, which made things smooth and hassle-free. Drinks were well made and consistent, and the service did not feel rushed or disorganized. It’s clearly a popular spot, so it can get crowded later in the night, but that also adds to the excitement and energy of the place. Overall, The Gold Room Chicago is a great choice for a night out with friends if you’re looking for good music, a classy atmosphere, and a high-energy nightlife experience. I’d definitely recommend checking it out and would love to visit again.

The staff here is incredible! The vibe is great, the music is on point, and the drinks are reasonably priced. The atmosphere is excellent overall, and our waitress was very attentive, keeping our drinks coming all night.

Awesome time here! Server did really well was very calm & when an issue came up she was very respectable. I’m glad that she was my waitress. The dancers were great. Had a fun time

The bartender was amazing. April the dancer was super friendly and kind. The awesome bartender took care of me and my boy all night. Champagne room was verry worth it for what you get. Definitely will be back!!
