Green Lantern

This review is not entented to be bad in a way but It was something I was not expecting. This review is for thoes who are interested in going. This place is not for young adults, there are mosty older individuals then younger. And felt uncomfortable being the only one in my 20s. There are half naked men everywhere. This is not a bar. It's a strip club. So if you are open and want to go out here. Go with a friend. Usually everyone elce is with someone elce. It was my mistake to go by myself and try something I've never done. Be safe out there.

Many bars that traditionally have male patrons all around the world have make lengths to try to be more inclusive, but few go out of their way to find out what that actually means. Mario at Green Lantern went out of his way to accommodate my female guest, which beyond it being helpful in the moment, really shows their call to actually including not just us gay men; but our guests as well. Cannot sing Mario and this bars praises enough. If you are in DC and want to goto a legacy gay bar that is also inclusive, goto GREEN LATERN

The Green lantern is always a fun place to go and hang out. It's always crowded and it's always a good looking crowd. We were here during pride weekend and it was jam-packed.

Great place to stop by on your way home from work but don’t recommend you stay too long. They get snappy.

The barman was next level. Attitude from when we first ordered drinks. Aggressively asked my friend to remove her bag from his "serving space", but he wasn’t bothered about the cockroach living its best life in the same space (see photo) Disgusting. Security was very good and recognized we weren’t the fist to leave because of the bar staff.

Very welcoming! The second floor cost check man is amazing and friendly. The bar tenders are amazing and the greeter is exceptional!

The most arrogant bartender I‘ve ever seen in my life. It‘s not my fault you seem to hate your job (and your life). Never again!
