I absolutely love this gym! From the moment you walk in, the energy and atmosphere motivate you to push yourself and improve every day. The facility is always clean, well organized, and equipped with everything you need for a great workout—whether you're focused on strength training, cardio, or overall fitness. The staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They truly care about the members and are always willing to answer questions or give guidance. The trainers are professional and motivating, which makes a huge difference when you're trying to stay consistent and reach your goals. What I appreciate the most is the positive environment. Everyone here is focused on improving themselves, and it creates a very supportive and inspiring community. If you're looking for a gym where you can train hard, stay motivated, and feel comfortable at the same time, this is definitely the place. Highly recommended!

Tyler is an incredible personal trainer. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and truly understands physical fitness at every level. He takes the time to tailor workouts to your individual needs and goals, and he explains everything in a way that makes you feel confident and motivated. Thank you and have a great day. this is the response i got from the owner for my review about equipment being down. these machines have been down for weeks not days. the sauna has been down at least a week. if you arent aware of this take it up with your staff because they put signs on the equipment weeks ago. no sign on the broken sauna though for some reason. whoever is in charge of your maintenance and repair arent doing their job. seek a local machine shop and get these repairs done. your making plenty of profit with these gyms so take care of your obligations to your members. dont lie to people and say you get these things fixed in 48 hours thats bull.

This gym has a nice setup with plenty of equipment from free weights to machines and cardio, but it’s so overcrowded that it’s almost impossible to get a decent workout in. On top of that, the gym etiquette here is terrible. People constantly leave weights all over the place or loaded on machines, and I’ve seen way too many members walk away without wiping anything down. It’s messy, frustrating, and honestly pretty disgusting. I ended up canceling my membership because it just wasn’t worth dealing with all that.

This club has been billing me for two different accounts (2 different membership numbers) for almost a year. I found this out when they placed one of the membership #’s into collections. My actual membership is in good standing and paid every month. I have perfect credit. I’ve been to resolve this with the manager Nico for about 2 weeks and just keep getting blown off. I forwarded emails to him for proof and his response was maybe we could make a deal if I would pay 1/2!!!!!! For a mistake their FORMER MANAGER MADE. I’ve been told corporate is looking into it but each time someone is supposed to get back to me no one ever calls. The most recent conversation with Nico is that the regional manager is going to call me. 0 calls. This club is a joke and the constant change in management is evidence of that. Having young kids who have no idea what having a collection account means to credit responsible for resolving such disputes is sickening. Paying it despite it not being my responsibility won’t remove the collection so I’m really at their mercy. Don’t ever give them account information if you can help it.

I had a very disappointing experience at the Crunch Fitness location in Cape Coral. After canceling my membership, I was still charged an additional fee that was never clearly explained to me. When I tried to resolve the issue, the manager refused to provide his name or any written documentation detailing why I was charged. The lack of transparency and professionalism was extremely frustrating. As a customer, I expect clear communication and honesty, especially when it comes to billing. Instead, I was met with avoidance and poor customer service. I would strongly recommend reviewing your contract carefully before signing up, and keeping detailed records of any cancellation requests. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this location. Especially Nico he will lie and laugh in ypur face.
