Sauna House Charlotte

This was my first time there. We were there as part of a birthday trip with one of my girlfriends. The front desk staff was amazing very professional, answered all of our questions and gave us a guided tour so we would understand how everything works. I also loved that this was a cell phone free zone. It was so good to totally unwind with my friends with no distractions. My only recommendation would be that they put mirrors in the dressing room rooms when you were getting ready after experiencing the sauna and plunge pool. I live in Raleigh, NC and was happy to see that one will be opening there soon. I can’t wait!

We booked a private room at Sauna House. It was very relaxing. Would love if we could have controlled the music + lighting (you can do this at some other locations). The space was very clean. Also would be nice if there was a hot tub to alternate with the cold plunge 🙂 All in all a great experience and would return!

The staff was amazing I rate this place a 10 out of 10 can’t wait to come back me and my fiance drove from Greensboro and it was worth every mile we drove!!! Great job Sauna House

So relaxing. Had a fantastic massage with Teagra followed by sauna and cold plunging. Great vibes and the perfect way to spend a Sunday afternoon. We will definitely be making this a winter habit. Note: they could use some sound dampening in the pool/sauna. The ceiling is open, so you can hear all the voices coming from the check in area.

Talk about service! Kenya and Norina made me feel so at home the moment I walked in. As a first timer, I was impressed with the overall set up and care around the entire process. The facility is lovely and I appreciated the house rules.

Tamela was 10/10 amazing! Highly recommend. My only complaint about the whole experience is that I wish they had shoes to wear in the sauna and shower areas. Overall great experience though, I’d definitely go back!

Wonderful experience. Very clean and comfortable facility. Saunas are large enough for 8+ people to enjoy without feeling crowded. Loved the silent salt room! It was nice to have a place to go with no talking when desired, so the facility provides a nice mix of conversation and silence. Only suggestion would be to have spa music playing in the salt room for a more relaxing experience. I could hear the more up tempo music from the main area. I think I would have spent more time relaxing there otherwise. Still loved it though and already booked my next visit. Highly recommend!
