ReVibe Sauna & Cold Plunge

I’m so glad I found ReVibe Sauna & Cold Plunge! I never knew a place like this even existed. I actually came across it by accident while searching for isolated cryotherapy, and now I’ve been coming regularly. Every visit leaves me feeling amazing, refreshed, and recharged. The space is always spotless and I love having my own private room for 45 minutes. It’s the perfect way to destress and escape from reality for a while. Highly recommend!

Ben is the best! Got us all dialed in with extra towels and always has the rooms clean and ready to go. Definitely my favorite spot in the Irvine area because they have the best rooms and atmosphere to relax and recover.

I've been going to this place for about 2 months now and I'm a big fan. I get a private room when I do a plunge + sauna, and you can hook up your phone to the sauna with bluetooth while you're sweating buckets. The staff here, like Ben and Jay, are very friendly and easy to talk to as well Everything is kept really clean, which I appreciate. They're open later than any other cold plunge business and 7 days a week, which is sweet when I need to get a plunge in after a weekend hike. Memberships are at a premium price, but if you enjoy biohacking and can afford to, it's a solid choice.

Very clean facility, military clean. Super friendly staff. Always warm towels and did I mention it was clean? Stop by and get your chill on before flying out of John Wayne. Maybe if I could make a suggestion - open up a wee bit earlier? 6am would be perfect for us folk who really benefit from the inflammatory reduction benefits. (Read as: if you’re over 45, this is a miracle drug).

As recovery has become more important, I have seen several sauna/cold plunge facilities opening up. I have been going to ReVibe for more than a year and love the facilities here. The place is always kept clean and has several sauna/cold plunge rooms which you can easily book online. I also like that they have a wide window of times to book per day. The recovery itself has been fantastic as well and if you are looking for these services I would recommend this place.

I came into ReVibe welcomed by Jaeleen today, having sharp lower back pains since the day before ~ after my experience in the infrared sauna and cold plunge I noticed my back pains gone WOOP WOOP definitely coming back soon. Jaeleen was awesome and helped big time and the vibe was nice ~ also the music was on point

Love coming to this location. I usually bring my wife and kid with me. It’s very family friendly and clean. Staff is great. On the days we come we usually see Ben. He has been extremely nice and super helpful. Highly recommend!
