Oxygen Sauna

My experience with Dayna and her Oxygen Sauna was amazing. She was full of knowledge and her passion truly shines. From the beginning of the session to the end I knew I was in good hands. I left feeling like my body received something it had been missing out on. I felt great the next day too. I am looking forward to my next session with Dayna!

I absolutely loved my first session with Dayna! She was so welcoming and thorough. Dayna is a wealth of knowledge and made everything easy to understand. I enjoyed my first time taking an oxygen sauna with Dayna at the Mind Body Knox center in Hardin Valley. Dayna explained the process very well and the therapy lasted a little less than a half hour. I worked up a good sweat and I felt relaxed when finished. Thank you Dayna!

Great experience, the office is very nice. Dayna is knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable during the entire session. The sauna is comfortable to sit in, and felt great afterwards.
