Perspire Sauna Studio

my wife and i had a session at Perspire Sauna Studio this past Tuesday. it was my first time and they were very friendly. i was given a tour of the studio and their amenities. i was impressed with the cleanliness and the rooms available. everything was explained before we actually started our session in the room. i tried the sno shower after my session - very similar to a cold plunge- it was invigorating and was right in the same room, so it was very convenient as well. afterwards we were given information and options about memberships. they were informative but not pushy. i don't know if i will get a membership but it was a great experience and i would go back again.

This was a super relaxing experience I really needed. The staff was very friendly and even gave me free high quality alkaline water when I told them I forgot mine. The session, 40 minutes, was just enough time before feeling too hot. The different light impulses were soothing. The red light therapy very comfortable and calming. I don`t think the membership would be a great value for me due to my busy schedule, but I will definitely be back for another session or two. And yes, once I have more free time I would totally go more frequently!

Perspire is awesome especially if you are a fitness enthusiast. The personal rooms were extremely clean and you have options to adjust your settings (lights, temperature) to your liking. At the end you can use a cool towel with essential oil(?) to cool your skin down. It’s AWESOME. I will be back soon!

After work a good mental and body detox is the way to go. The place is clean and very private. The employees are very respectful. Having a tv in the room helps pass time. The 30-40 minutes go by very quick. The cold plunge shower is scary but so amazing! You can say, they have saunas at the gym, but you’re sharing with 20 other people. This experience is just you or you can share with someone close.

Nicely located at the Long Beach exchange with easy parking. The sauna studio includes showers and icy cold iced shower for 45 seconds close your pores and leaves you feeling invigorated if you want to relax sweat and restore. This is the place to be.

I have been in for a handful of sessions now, and each time it has been a great experience. The rooms are very clean and well maintained and staff is friendly. There is also a TV in the room to put on your favorite shows or even throw on some music to enjoy during the session. 10/10 recommend!

I honestly love this place so much! And I believe that to be an understatement. I liked going to 24 hr fitness just for the sauna. I hated it because there was no privacy and a bunch of creeps just staring. Once I saw a perspire sauna was opening at LBX I knew I had to come! And I waited.. and waited and it finally opened and I cannot tell you how happy I am. To have your own private suite, red light therapy and just over all peace and quiet after a long day of work 🫶🏻 the girls in the front are soo sweet and helpful and welcoming!!
