CYL Sauna Studio

I absolutely loved this place!! Incredible staff, the studio is so clean and wow what incredible services. They offer lymphatic drainage massage rollers that had me feeling like a feather!! I followed with a 30 minute sauna infrared pod and it was so peaceful and a great sweat!! I will be back

Completely exceeded my expections and I can't wait to come back. The studio is very pretty, trendy and simple. The session was very relaxing and tranquil. I felt extremely relaxed, calm and as hard as it is to believe I actually felt...clean. I thought it would be the gross work out sweat but it wasn't at all. A nap (after a shower) was much needed. I planned to go back the following day but we ran out of time. I hope we get one in Indiana soon!

CYL is zen. The atmosphere is so relaxing. Be prepared to sweat & feel rejuvenated after a much needed sauna session. Heather was very knowledgeable, kind, and attentive. 10 stars ⭐️

After 13 days of travel CYL was perfect in my detox plan! The lymphatic massage machine felt great on all of my sore muscles and will give continued benefits for draining my lymph system. I added the sauna (blue light) for the stress relief effects. I plan to add this routine twice a month!

The sauna gives me a good sweat and helps with aches and pains. Everything is clean and the staff are helpful and courteous.

Have been consistently going for a month now and I have been so happy to notice a pain I had in my knee for the last six months is no longer there. Staff is the friendliest and their rooms/ saunas are always very clean and relaxing!

Clean quiet and a great place to relax without being at the gym with all the distractions.
