HOTWORX - McAllen TX - North

10/10 establishment!! Always a clean facility & staff are always warm & welcoming - special shout out to Edward & Rosie for always greeting me with a smile & making me feel so comfortable!! Keep up the amazing work 🙂

The associates are great! Erin , Bailey (manager) , Ian, & Monica are so helpful and the place is always clean. Friendly service from the staff but can’t say the same for the owner Rhonda. She comes off rude and changed a few things such as renting mats for $5 when before we could borrow for free. Not to mention the vending machine being overpriced. I give the staff 5 stars but ownership needs an attitude check. In response to owners comment- Thank you for addressing the rental policy but I noticed you didn’t acknowledge my last concern regarding attitude. My feedback is customer service, policies are one thing but courtesy from management/ownership is just as important. I hope this is something you take seriously moving forward.

I can't get enough of HOTWORX!!! It's been one of the best decisions I've made for myself. The results I've see in 4 months are so satisfying! The staff is AMAZING! Daniela is the best! Always available and ready to assist and keeps you motivated! #self-love #motivation

LOVE HOTWORX! You can find gyms on every corner, but finding one that feels like a warm hug is rare. Every single staff member has the kindest disposition, is welcoming, friendly, and encouraging. Erin is super sweet and always helpful ☺️. Truly an inviting community that makes you wanna keep coming back…sometimes twice a day😉

I honestly joined thinking that I wouldn’t follow through, that I would just end up paying for my membership and not attend the workouts but I fell in love with it! Im going into half a year of attending almost daily. I love my results! And the compliments are a great motivation. The staff is always so welcoming, so sweet! Monica, Daniela, Bailey, all of them. Place is always clean. The overall environment is just so great! I’m so happy that I joined😁!

Love Hotworx! Love that its open 24/7, sauna rooms make you sweat a lot but once you’re done it makes you feel like a brand new person! Really love the work outs.

I had a great experience at HotWorx! The workouts are challenging, effective, and offer a unique way to sweat it out with the added benefit of infrared heat. The sauna and studio are always clean, which makes a big difference in creating a comfortable workout environment. Monica was so welcoming, friendly and helpful- always ready to answer questions or offer support. Highly recommend for anyone looking for an efficient, energizing fitness experience!
