My friends have been telling me about cryotherapy for a while but I just recently decided to try it. I found this lovely spot in Oxnard and I can’t get enough! Its incredible how much whole body Cryo has helped my joint pain and inflammation, I love the infrared sauna afterward, and am hooked on the Cryo facials. My skin is glowing all the time now! And if you’ve been living in pain like I have for years, it’s not a small victory to be pain free for weeks at a time! I’ll be a member for life at this place. It’s so clean and smells amazing. The staff is friendly and the location is prime! Big fan of this place to say the least.
