Hideout

Hideout has quickly become my third place — there’s simply nothing else like it in CT. Since I started cold plunging and hitting the sauna (aka contrast therapy) here with Ryan, I’ve felt an immediate, noticeable improvement in my mood and overall energy, and he has done a tremendous job at creating a welcoming, encouraging environment. I’ve made MANY new friends from the incredible community he has built. It feels really good to be social without phones or alcohol, all while stepping out of your comfort zone in the best way possible. From plunge parties to intimate sessions, there’s something here for everyone. "Come in to come alive," and alive you will feel. You won’t regret it!!!

I love Hideout! Such a beautiful space and beautiful people joining — it’s the best place to come and meet community! And also you feel so great after the sauna and ice bath!

Hideout is my favorite spot to hang out in Stamford, and the massive sauna and cold plunges are an added benefit. Ryan is very welcoming, making it easy for someone new to join a session. Bravo!! I am beyond excited to have found Hideout Social Club in Stamford! I am a Wim Hof Instructor and when I got certified, there were no cold plunge places or "contrast therapy" (cold plunge & sauna) anywhere!! I’ve been to many places across the country that offer cold plunge & sauna but nothing as great at this. It’s outside, choices of 3 different temps for cold plus a hot tub and the sauna fits so many ppl and was very warm. Other places I’ve been the sauna takes forever to warm up, but not here…about 15-20 min. Your session is 75 minutes so you have ample time to go back and forth between heat & cold and get an amazing "buzz" and all the incredible health benefits! Besides all of this, I met 4 new people and had so much fun chatting. The owner Ryan is so welcoming and their prices are very reasonable, especially the first time and trial pricing. Way to go, I can’t wait to come back 👏🏼👏🏼✨🥶🔥

Hideout has been an amazing third place for my friends and I, especially in the summer. You will always leave feeling amazing! There is always something new to see every time we drop by. Ryan does an incredible job constantly listening to member feedback and creating community. The Instagram account is run very well, worth a follow even if you’re just curious about contrast therapy! My favorite thing to do is sauna/plunge at Hideout!!! It’s welcoming, fun, full of cool people and you feel amazing when you leave. Best thing I do for my health!! Grateful for Ryan opening this place!
