FM 600 Wrecking

One of your drivers makes an illegal attempt at merging from the turn lane after driving in the turn lane for over 600ft. Got it all on dash cam. Then, your driver decided to pull up next to me aggressively and call me a "POS". Great company right here! Top notch!

The guy at the counter wanted $10 for the parts I brought up. I told him I thought that was high and asked if he’d do $8. He agreed. He opened the cash register (at 12:30pm on a Wednesday) and said he only had $10 to make change for my $20 and handed it to me, assuming I’d be okay with forfeiting the $2 in his favor. He was almost right. I paid for the items and left a negative review.

Love this place I came 2 days in a row , 1hr30min drive to check this place out. So many vehicles to choose parts from! Got all the trim I needed for a dang good price

The only pick and pull I e ever been to where the used parts that you pull yourself ARE JUST AS EXPENSIVE IF NOT MORE THAN BEAND NEW PARTS!!!!! But Carlos is kick ass. That’s why I gave it two stars. Strictly bc of Carlos

We came in today for the first time, hoping to make it a fun mother-son day while working on my son's truck. He's currently learning mechanics at school, and we thought this would be a great hands-on experience for him. Unfortunately, the man at the counter was extremely rude from the moment we walked in. We were excited and ready to learn, but his attitude really took away from what was supposed to be an enjoyable and educational experience. This was our first time visiting, and sadly, it will likely be our last. I won’t allow someone’s poor attitude to ruin our time together, but it’s disappointing to be treated this way—especially when we were trying to support a local business and create a positive memory. A little patience and kindness go a long way.

So the person that answers the phone is completely rude. If that’s a constant problem no wonder they don’t have good business or any good parts bc of a guy like him.

Cheaper to buy new parts compared to their prices, also never seen a more sorry excuse of employees, only place I know of that the workers will hang up on you or cuss at you.
