Julie Rogers Theatre

Went with my niece last weekend to watch the production of The Nutcracker Ballet and it was wonderful! The theater was very clean and is beautiful on the inside. The bathrooms were very clean and overall visiting the theater felt luxurious. The seats were comfortable and plenty, the sound was clear and the stage was very clearly visible from all angles at any seat. There is not enough parking at all so if you plan on attending an event there make sure to arrive early. A lot of natural lighting throughout the inside, and the chandeliers are beautiful and provide extra ambient lighting.

I recently attended a Tim Hawkins show at the Julie Rogers Theatre, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The seating is extremely uncomfortable and narrow, making it difficult to enjoy the show in a packed theatre — especially for heavier set people. It felt cramped and uncomfortable the entire time. The staff was poorly informed and didn’t seem to know their own theatre. When we asked a security guard where our door was located, they had to Google it because they didn’t know. That alone speaks volumes about the lack of organization. To make matters worse, our balcony seats were closed off without any prior notice, and we had to scramble last minute to find new seats. It was disorganized and stressful, which really set the wrong tone for what should have been a fun evening. Overall, I would NOT recommend seeing any shows here. The lack of comfort, poor organization, and uninformed staff made it a very unpleasant experience.

Wonderful, old theater with tons of charm! It doesn't seem to have a bad seat in the house. Do go to the bathroom (even if you don't feel like you have to go) because the rows are continuous from side to side with no breaks. Parking has never been an issue for us.

Very nice theater. Seats are comfortable. Only downside is there aren't cup holders on the seats. You're stuck holding your drink or running the risk of tipping it over if placed on the floor. Acoustics were on point.

This building is so elegant and beautiful. I LOVE the chandeliers! The artwork is beautiful. The details. Fabulous. The theater has plenty of seats. 1600, I believe. This was the first time I went inside. I enjoyed my visit. I attended the I Am Woman Conference. I look forward to next year. I am a Mary Kay Independent Beauty Consultant. I was a vendor.

Gorgeous venue in downtown Beaumont. Very nice atmosphere and it is just lovely. It is a older building but extremely well kept. The restrooms were immaculate. The last photo was a nursing room or lounge just before the inside the women's restroom.

This theater is absolutely beautiful! The seats are a little small, but comfy. Great view of the stage from the balcony seating. We had a wonderful time!
