Sawyer Park

Sawyer Park holds so many memories from my childhood. I still stop by every time I am in the area. We used to eat lunch here with my grandma on her lunch break when I was a child. Sawyer has a nice grassy area with picnic benches. There is a few different trails you can take including the Fishermans trail that goes down to a few different water access points. There are large rocks and great photo areas. We used to eat lunch on the rocks by the river. This park is also dog friendly and we met quite a few furry friends on our visit.

My first time here and it was a very nice surprise. Great easy trails for families w young children and the large grass area for the kiddos to play. Along with the benches to enjoy lunch.

One of my favorite places to frequent in NW Bend during any season! This park features beautiful views, quick river access with dedicated fishing trails, an open grassy area for lounging or outdoor play, and access to the Deschutes River Trail.

Made a stop here on my way into town for a break and it was well worth it. It's peaceful and calm and you can hear the river rolling in the not so far off distance. Plenty of picnic tables by the water.

This is a beautiful park with paths everywhere and along the river. We saw kayakers putting in there, a group of friends playing ultimate frisbee and search and rescue rock climbers practicing as well. Great time!! We will be back!!
