I would give zero stars if I could. Went to Este Lauder counter today. Lady spoke to me but would not stop what she was doing or even ask me to wait. I waited anyway 7-8 minutes. She still did not offer to help me. Called manager, he made excuses for her as did the corporate office. I will be taking my business elsewhere after many, many years of business with them.

I was duped by an associate into signing up for one of their credit cards despite my repeated refusals. She lied to me, claiming it was just a rewards card. However, the application required my social security number, and I immediately requested a cancellation. She claimed to have canceled it, but she didn’t, and then charged my entire purchase to the card. This was appalling behavior from a conning associate. The store was beyond filthy. It had leaks everywhere and was covered in dirt and filth on the floors, and the changing rooms had literal piles of trash and filth on the floors. I’ve never been to a more disgusting store in my entire life. I hope this place is condemned and bulldozed in the near future. The associate should be charged with fraud.

Very racist!!! I'm a veteran and I will never go there again and have made sure I tell everyone I know not to spend your money there anymore! Followed me and my daughter around until we left, even after I confronted her, the manager made excuses saying she wasn't when even other white customers noticed. Never again!!! My daughter cried all evening, thank you for your racist service!

I had worn a pair of shorts that I wanted to find a top that would match some of the colors in them. They had a very very large selection of ladies / women's clothing. I could not find one item that matched other than maybe a white shirt. Otherwise the variety is great. They also have great sales.

Bad experience I had. The security guys were called because they thought I had stolen something from the shop. I was carrying shopping bags from Ross and TJ Maxx. I am really pissed off! I wish they could replayed their cameras several times before the accusation.

Belk at Northgate Mall in Hixson TN is wonderful. We both found what we needed and wanted. The staff was helpful. I recommend this location.
