Marquette Park

Marquette Park is a peaceful and spacious area that’s perfect for spending a relaxing day outdoors. I really like how calm and welcoming it feels — it’s one of those parks that make you appreciate nature right in the city.

Beautiful Chicago park but terribly trashed! 😪 Local resident here 🙋‍♀️ I came for a midday stroll since this park is only mins away from me and I couldn’t believe my eyes. Such a sad sight to see because there was trash everywhere! The wildlife does not deserve this. We ALL need to do better. I will never understand people who are comfortable littering. Is there anyone I can contact about this issue? Can the city put more garage bins to make it more accessible for people to throw THEIR garbage away?

This place is big. It has many ways you can spend time like taking a run or riding a bike. You can also play sports. This place is not well kept. There are many junkies and many people go there to sell drugs or other things. The place has some bad places and sometimes there are fights. I wouldn't recommend in my opinion.

This was my first time at this park and I really enjoyed my 45 or so minutes there. I will definitely be going back. I moved to Chicago from rural Wisconsin and needed to feel the grass under my feet again.

The course looks like it's in great shape. Staff was friendly

Great 9 hope golf course...we'll maintained, courteous Golfers, Plays long with large greens..but don't over shoot.
