William's Beach

Very enjoyable during the week. Had the non-beachy half to myself. Worst thing about this place is all the poop, and since it's a carry in/carry out park, there's lots of garbage around. That doesn't reflect on the park so much as it reflects on the patrons. Still, I had a very relaxing time sitting in the shade under a tree reading for a few hours. I'll be back again.

Beautiful spot to bring a picnic. They had a food vendor and an ice cream truck there. It was really nice and there was a live band ❤️

Nice view of Oneida Lake. Small beach with adjacent splash pad & play area. Kayak launch & rentals. Bands on Thursdays during summer.

It's not a place I would want to go. I went with my sisters here as we had plans for a pool day, but it didn't work out. I think it's fine if you have kids as there was a playground. And they did have a nice grassy area to put up a pop-up gazebo. It was very crowded, and in the water it is very rocky. You may want to bring watershoes to which I had some with me. If you go in, it's rocky at first, then in a few feet, it gets sandy. I went into the water until it touched my knees. When I got out, I felt like the water was slimy, and it grossed me out. I got home to shower immediately!!

William's Beach in Cicero, NY, is a fantastic place to unwind and enjoy the beauty of nature. Even though swimming may be restricted, the beach still offers a peaceful setting for a day out by the water. The area is clean, well-kept, and perfect for a picnic or a stroll along the shore. It’s a wonderful spot for families or anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle of the city. Highly recommended for a relaxing day outdoors!

Great place for a picnic or birthday party

Great little park. So much to do. Amazing views of Oneida Lake. Good place to have a cookout or picnic. You can wade in the water. Nice pier to sit on or fish. Coming soon a playground and splash pad.
