My first and LAST experience here. Products advertised or displayed at a certain price, even if it's a "vendor" product , should still be sold as such. Never have I been treated so poorly and made to feel bad for just asking a question. It's YOUR JOB, to make sure the PRICE MATCHES WHAT IT SHOULD. NOT MINE!

Well if you go down every isle you will find empty boxes of stuff that has been stolen oh and dont forgot multiple "almost" empty coffees on the shelves and clothes all over the floor haha Definitely the trashiest Target I've been in and thats saying much because almost every Target is very well kept and clean. This location? Good luck lol

Ummmmm, I like the Christmas Decorations. I don't care for the clothes. The toy selection is good but very expensive. The Staff was very polite. I'm giving 3 stars because the lack of carts, the appreance of the store, was very disorganized and product not in the right place. Was very hard to find the things I was looking for. I found a lot of stuff I wasn't looking for though. I would go back but won't be my main shopping place.

I visited the Target store in Bridgetown (Cincinnati area) recently for a simple price match on an item, but the experience turned sour thanks to a manager named Ron. He reached into my bag with my receipt, grabbed the box without asking, and walked off, only to return about 10 minutes later rambling about SKUs not matching. When I told him, "Hey Ron, you’re talking to me like I’m an employee—I have no clue what you’re talking about," he got extremely mad, dismissed me right away, and was incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional throughout—dismissive, rude, and made me feel undervalued as a customer. I reached out to Target corporate via email (case #299135209) to report this, but weeks later, I’ve been completely ignored despite multiple follow-ups. No apology, no acknowledgment, nothing. It’s disappointing how a big company like Target treats loyal shoppers. I won’t be returning anytime soon—plenty of other stores that actually care about customer service. 1 star.

Shopped here on Black Friday to score the first 100 people in line deal, Unfortunately about 3-5 people cut the line and made me become person 102. I complained to customer service about this and they all stared at me blankly with nobody stepping up. I love Target, but felt like was robbed of my hour in line. They said sorry they were only able to give swag bags to people with the ticket. Line security did not meet standards for early morning shoppers. The lady passing out tickets was telling us if we had friends in the car to tell them to get in line. Clearly She didn't care either if people cut.

I needed a pair of dress pants for tomorrow morning. I went to target and of course they were out of the style that their online web page said they had 3 pair of. So I had to go with slim. I went to the fitting room, relieved to see they were open. The young lady at the counter tells me they are closed. I look over as there are 4 other Customers going in and out. She tells me that they drove far. She continued and says, I’m not allowed to let anyone in. So why do they get world class service but I can’t try on one pair of pants? Seems crazy that they get the privilege of knowing their close fit just because they drove 20 min.

Horrible location. Went to pick an order up and the lady got an attitude with me before I even was able even to ask any questions. Huffing and puffing at me. So she walks away to the back and I say I don’t need to get treated like that and she says I was going to go and look for your game and I said but you still don’t need to have an attitude with me. And she said she would get someone else to help me and I said thank you. She then didn’t get me someone to help me. So you lost out on an order from me because of her attitude. And I will no longer order from target western hills location because of how your employees treat others.
