Burlington

Great merchandise. There are a lot of amazing choices. Im only giving a lower rating due to the manager. The manager that I dealt with though it was acceptable to not only be rude to me but cuss in front of my neices. This has definitely affected my opinion of the store and we will not be returning.

Generally of good experience at Burlington today. It suits your typical department store. I was able to find all the items I was looking for ranging from clothing to household items. There was good customer service, a clean environment, and a good variety and quantity of all the items I saw… Overall I recommend Burlington.

Congratulations Burlington you lost a customer that never even shopped there. I received a nice jacket as a gift but it was a size too large. It had all the tags still on it but was not allowed to exchange it for the EXACT same jacket one size down ... At this rate you will be chaining your door shut permanently soon and rightly so

This Burlington is super ghetto and extremely dirty. I couldn’t even be let in the store without them moving a security rope. Super weird. Store was trashed. Definitely don’t recommend this location.

This place is terrible for sizes in clothes!!!!!! The sizes are NOT TRUE!!!! They sizes are WAY off and its incredibly disappointing!!! DO NOT waste your time here!!! Even the tops are off!!!! I will NOT be shopping here for clothes ever again!!!!

Not sure what happened to Burlington through the years, but the products within were dated, and we had trouble finding anything that would be of value. I believe that online availability is killing all store deal in physical available merchandise.

Good store, but they definitely don't trust the shopper. Fitting rooms were closed for a long time, and now they just paved them over. Also, both bathrooms are "out of order." And during busy hours, the lines get long and there aren't enough cashiers to make it speedy. Edit: lowered to one star since the store didn't bother to respond.
