El Paso County Combined Courts

Had to go get a form at the clerk office. The Security Station, was fast & Efficient. Went to the information desk and was directed to the clerk office. They was also fast and efficient. This was the fastest time spent at the court house. Recommend to go early for parking availability and reducing waiting in long lines.

County Clerks employees and speed are a blessing. Very thankful for my experience here. I filed petition for a legal name change on Feb 5th, turned in my FBI/CBI background checks the next week, and by Feb 18th the judge approved and signed off and I’m all done. Talk about SPEED. I witnessed many individuals being rude to clerks, granted I’m sure they’re there for much stressful and unfortunate circumstances, however, if you follow standards and be kind you’ll have no issues here. Thank you!

Gotta say I agree with most of these horrible reviews. For the most part the clerks were ok to talk to very and the DA was reasonable. Then we get to the financial department, I'm coming from out of state and needed it mailed to me and the customer service rep Marcos was probably the rudest person I've ever spoken to ever. He should be fired for his horrible attitude or at the very least put through extra training on how to speak decently to people. I was there for a simple traffic ticket and regardless of my offense he should treat all people with dignity and respect which was DEEPLY LACKING. Do better.

Everyone who works there is super rude and disrespectful. They like to change your court date without notifying you , trying to get ahold of them is impossible. I called over 100 plus times and when you finally get someone they don't want to help just send you off to someone else. No help at all , just awful the way they operate. Please do better , just training again do something! This is a tax dollar building ! Once again do better you guys should be ashamed the way you operate!!!!!! Zero stars if I could!!!!

It don’t matter what the reason, you just hate going here anyway. Like I cannot remember a time I went here with happy thoughts and had a wonderful experience….. it jus don’t work that way 🤷🏻‍♀️ But here are some pics anyway.

I've never had an issue with anyone at this courthouse. Sometimes they give you the runaround at the info desk. But, all things considered it's fine.

You had better pay for real lawyer if you are innocent or expect max penalty. Ive lost all hope in the judicial system. No proof of injury in a dv case he lied and they know it yet I got the charge when I've been the victim for years. And the public defenders work for the state not you. So when they see him again with another victim they will know they let this man ruin mine and my son's life.
