Best RV Park and beach is within walking distance!!! You can now stay for 2 weeks!!!! Best spots to see the beach are sites 8-9.

There's an outside area with showers to rinse (free, but shampoo and soap is prohibited),restrooms need a lot of attention. Inside the building you can shower but payment is required in quarters ($4 quarters=4minutes)restrooms here are clean.

Great rate (about $30/night) for full hook up section if you stay 2 full weeks. Very level and spacious sites. Bathrooms and laundry got pretty dirty at a point but water was good and hot in some of the showers (best near laundry). No online credit card type reservation system BUT they responded to my emailed request within a couple of hours to let me know I had a confirmed reservation. AND they always either answered the phone or called back promptly. I appreciated that VERY much. So civilized!

This was our first time here at Padre Balli Park. It was nice and clean. There weren't too many campers so they had slots open. We were less than 5min. walking distance to the beach. The water was brown on the first day and very windy. The second and third days were very nice 87°F for the high and humidity was low. So very comfortable weather. The water started returning to it natural color and by Wednesday it was there. We went fishing and caught a few fish and released them back. The bath/shower house was clean and the laundry room was in working order. I wish they had more washer & dryers. The price for the premium sites are very reasonable. They do offer tent camping and have electricity to most spots. I would recommend getting a beach parking pass from the office at about $14.00 so you can drive on the beach ⛱️ and set up for the day. The pass is good for 1yr. It was really nice and we look forward to heading back there before the year end.

We were not camping there; our family was. We just went to hang out a couple times. The campground was quiet and clean. Their camper spot was very nice, with an extra-large concrete area for a picnic table and chairs, and they even had room for their large dog fence. The bathrooms were decent. The beach was pretty clean, too. Very nice; I'd definitely camp there myself in the future.

Made a reservation here while driving 6 hours. They never sent me a confirmation email with my site number. I show up at 10pm at night with every spot full and no Information on which spot is mine and no one here is reachable after hours. Even the afterhours phone number takes tou to a recorded machine that says they dont take calls after hours. They billed me for a night that I couldn't stay because they never sent me the information email after they billed me. I had to go get a hotel for the night. On Mondays, you have to call the other park to get help. Whoever answers the phones here on Monday will refuse to do it, even if you leave a voicemail. We stayed at this park for months while working down here and it was the same issues then also. The park itself is ok, but whoever works that Monday desk shouldn't even have a job. But since this is a county job, Corpus wont do anything about it.
