Great facility! Sauna, pool, all the gym equipment you need, very good variety of classes as well! Plus the views just being in there is so cool. The have a cleaning crew that seems to consistently be there every time. Everything feels clean, spacious and a one stop spot! Jill is so friendly and kind, she helped me get signed up and gave me a great tour. The staff so friendly when walking in but also not pushy and lets you stay focused

The reviews in general are a bit intense and different from my experience. It’s been a consistent gym and wellness center. It could use some updates sure - mainly the locker rooms. They don’t feel like a high end experience and are concerning in the actual bathroom areas. As for the gym is pretty solid. Has everything you need etc etc. I would say my biggest frustration are the hours for such an expensive gym. It’s tough to justify paying for a gym that has 3 separate schedules throughout the week. If you want to go get an early morning workout in on the weekend you cannot because it opens at 8. If you want to get an evening workout in on the weekend sadly you cannot they close at 4pm. Intraweek hours are better however if you work til 6 on a friday and want to work out after no can do because they close at 7. The hours for such a premium price are a problem.

The staff are kind and helpful. Shoutout to Gary. He is always positive, asks how you’re doing, and works incredibly hard to maintain the facilities. Fred and James at the front desk are awesome and make you feel at home. Unfortunately, the men’s locker room has become a cruising spot for gay men. The men’s locker room is essentially treated as a sex club by these individuals, so be prepared for it. I have witnessed countless times men in the middle of performing sex acts on each other in the sauna, steam room, hot tub, and showers. This is completely appalling, unsanitary, and straight up sexual harassment. The staff has done their best to combat this by increasing the bright lights in the locker room and doing regular patrols, but the issue persists. I feel bad writing this review because I can tell the staff is trying hard, but if you attend this gym, this issue is something to be aware of. If you see something happening, please report it. This issue is ruining the experience for the rest of us.

I call these photos "Salt in a Wound". I rode my bike to Colorado Athletic Club today, only to be greeted by a smug and unrelenting Kim. She tells me her General Manager Jeff, "doesn’t like to see bicycles on the floor." So you could imagine my surprise at seeing someone else’s bicycle in the very spot I wished to occupy. The other two photos are of their vacant cafe and seating area. Areas that are undoubtedly considered when calculating our monthly dues. They could’ve said, "Only just for today." Or "Fine, because it’s raining." Nope! One would hope that a business on 16th street mall would kindly make this accommodation. Especially considering all the free space they have and all the wanton destruction and crime on the mall. Thanks Kim, you’re a real peach! Thank goodness for Trainers like Garrett! Consummate professional, knowledgeable and kind! He’s the only reason I’m likely to remain at this gym! He’s ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!

I was a member at Colorado Athletic Club for about 7 months, and unfortunately, the billing process was a nightmare. When my girlfriend and I signed up, we were told we’d get a special $160/month rate for the first 3 months. We were never once charged that rate—instead, the first charge was $175 (the regular price). The following months only got more confusing: at one point they charged me $355, promised free months to fix their errors, and then continued charging me anyway. Even after multiple conversations, the problems just kept happening. To make matters worse, the woman who had been helping us from the beginning (purposely not saying her name)tried to blame us, saying it was our fault for not filling out a cancellation form that was never explained to us. The whole process was frustrating, misleading, and exhausting. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because of Max, the manager. He was professional, understanding, and did his best to help despite the mess. The facility itself is nice, and the sauna and steam room are great, but the repeated billing issues and dishonest pricing overshadowed everything else. Tip for anyone considering joining: if they offer you a "special promotion," get it in writing. We learned the hard way that what they promise and what they charge can be very different.

I have called to cancel monthly for the last 3 months to cancel my membership and each time I get assured I’m good to go and then I get charged. This is a gym run by incompetent people. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Shout out to Gary - the only reason this place is still running.

This is the only gym where I’ve had my locker broken into and my stuff stolen. I told management as soon as it happened, and they NEVER FOLLOWED UP OR SEEMED TO CARE. This gym is full of predatory men as well and not a safe space to workout and focus on well-being. Avoid at all costs and believe the bad reviews!
