Lake Arcadia beach

First timers. Lived in OKC going on 6 years and never been. Nice little beach area with picnic areas close by! Not a Cali beach (originally from CA) but it’s nice for when the weather warms up!

Came on Monday, June 17th and the beach was absolutely disgusting. Trash everywhere! Dirty diapers, glass and aluminum alcoholic beverage containers. We arrived around 9:30am and crews were trying to clean, but they didn't get very far before leaving. I do not recommend, especially after a busy weekend. The people who were here and left such a mess for the crews to clean should be absolutely ashamed of themselves.

Lake Arcadia is so beautiful. My family took me there close to sunset and we saw wild deer and jackrabbits. It was amazing!

Get a pass! We go a lot because who doesn't like going to the lake! Its kind of trashy and the bathrooms are nasty but great family memories with friends 🧡

Beautiful place. We go every summer and have our summer birthdays there. 7 dollars a car is entry fee. Not so bad for all day

Check out the turkey vultures by Central Park boat ramp...just to the north about sundown.

My kids feel like they got a real beach experience. They enjoyed Arcadia as much as the ocean
