I had a very disappointing experience at Hooters - Greensboro. The customer service was horrible, especially from our server, Kat. From the moment we were seated, she seemed uninterested and inattentive. We waited a long time just to be greeted, and it only got worse from there. We had to ask multiple times for simple things. She rarely checked on our table, and when she did, her attitude felt rushed and dismissive. It made the whole experience uncomfortable and frustrating. What made the situation even worse was that after our party of six paid and left the cash on the table, we were accused of not paying. The waitress and security actually came outside to confront us. The money had been left clearly on the table, but instead of verifying before assuming, they approached us as if we had done something wrong. It was embarrassing and completely unprofessional. I understand restaurants can get busy, but basic customer service and professionalism should still be expected. Unfortunately, this visit did not meet even the minimum standard, and I won’t be returning. Management and employees need proper training as well as the manager didn’t care to do anything about the situation.

My rating is based on my interaction with the staff during the pickup of a catering order. The ladies who were working at the time when I went in to pick up my order were very welcoming, accommodating, and pleasant! I've never been inside of a Hooters and they were so very refreshing and welcoming! I plan to go there and have lunch or dinner simply because of the welcome I received from these young ladies. The food smells amazing I had quite a few orders of wings! Again my score and review is based upon the interaction that I had with a wonderful group of young ladies the day I came in to pick up my catering order, Bravo ladies!

I decided to try Hooters again a few days ago & I had the best most attentive waitress, Katie. Not only was she knowledgeable of the menu as well as the beer, but she has a great genuine personality! I appreciate that she was on top of refills, sauces, & made sure my meal was to my liking. I ordered the naked daytona wings & boy did I miss them! I’ll be coming back for my favorite wings & to sit with Katie. Thanks again

Well now, here we go with a review of the famous Hooter's. The well known owl sanctuary is not known for it's food but more the atmosphere. 😉 My recent visit to watch the end of the Rams and Bears playoff game was pleasant. The burger was tasty but a little salty. The onions rings were way over salted. Not great. Overall the game is on and the experience was fun.

I never do this. Hooters has always been my favorite sports bar. However my first trip to your Greensboro location was very disappointing. I always have wings at hooters and the wings there were terrible. 2 of them was very dark inside and tasted horrible! Turned my stomach to the point I did not even try to bite into another one. The 2 guys I was with, never finished theirs either. Too bad, I’ll be working in Greensboro for the rest of the year. Did not complain to waitress, she was awesome. Kinda explained why the establishment wasn’t that busy for the college playoff game.

Table was stained so I wiped it off. Stella Artios tasted sour. Fries were cold. Server spent a lot of time with two other customers for some reason. I almost canceled my order it took so long

**Hooters of Greensboro** W Gate City Blvd / W Meadowview Rd 3031 High Point Road, Greensboro, NC 27403 On Sunday, January 12, 2025, our softball team visited Hooters from 4 PM to 8 PM for a team meeting. We spent over $720 during our time there, but we were informed that we could not order any more beer towers due to Hooters' policy, which we understood as explained by our waitress. However, when we asked to speak with the manager about the beer tower limit, Ashley, the manager on duty, came to our table. I simply wanted to ask a polite question about the policy regarding beer towers, but instead, she accused me of trying to argue with her. I chose to stop the conversation at that point. While we respect Hooters' policy regarding beer tower limits for large groups, I was disappointed by the manager’s attitude when we inquired about it. Part 2: We wanted to respectfully address the beer tube limit policy. For our small group of four people, we decided to order pitchers. However, Ashley, the manager, denied us service. I am at a loss for words to express our frustration with this location. Overall, we had a terrible experience with the management. Just to clarify, we started the day with 20 players and a manager, but by the end of the meeting, only four managers remained.
