The Grand GSO

This is my favorite concert venue. There is always plenty of parking in the parking deck right next door. The staff is nice, the ve U.S. is small so there are no bad seats. Tickets are always very reasonable. The bathrooms are clean though there aren't a ton of stalls. If you get there early for general admission you can be super close to the stage. Very convenient to places to eat or drink before or after the show. Good security.

It's a beautiful old style venue with excellent, attentive bar tenders. Unfortunately this doesn't compensate for the awful technical crew running sound. They were repeatedly approached by band, crew and guests, but choose to completely ignore them with complaints concerning sound. As friendly as the service is and as phenomenal as the act is, it doesn't make up for the truly awful sound!!!

I have been here twice, once to see Dave Chappelle and another time to see The Osborne Brothers in concert. My husband has been here 3 times, for the 2 events mentioned above and for a Chevelle concert. It always seems clean, well staffed, and well stocked with alcoholic drinks- beer and mixed drinks. There's not really a bad seat in the house! And we like that it's a smaller venue!

Great place to see a concert. However, a bit challenging for those who are disabled and there's street parking, not a parking lot for this venue. Handicapped parking is basically null and void. Considering the location and the benefit of being able to attend a smaller venue more intimate type of concert, I'm not deducting stars. I actually love this place for concert. The staff are friendly too. I travel 2.5 hours to get here from where I live, so it's worth the drive. I recommend seeing some live music here for sure!

Lovely venue: not to big, not too small. I took my daughter and her friend to see a show recently. We had reserved seats in the balcony, because I'm an old person. The balcony has drink service, so you don't have to go back and forth for drinks. And ABC permits mean you can get a cocktail at your seat. The service was great, and all of the staff were super friendly. There's a decent parking deck a block and a half away, which makes attending an event there a lot easier.

Great venue, great staff and always valued entertainment! Highly recommend!
