Dog Park Beach

Dogs and I enjoyed a beautiful day here. The "beach" is really a narrow strip of concrete. But it provides access to water for my water-loving dog. The grass covered hillside is large and open to accommodate zoomies. The pathway encompasses the entire area so humans can walk on dry land if it’s muddy (it wasn’t muddy the day we were there - but it happens). It is handicap accessible if you can navigate the standard dog park "airlock" gates. Parking is good.

Absolutely love this park! The dog wash/rinse station is super helpful. Ample amount of parking, lots of water fountains for the doggos and shade (PRAISE) for hot days. The only downside to this park (the large dog one specifically) is that it is so large that there’s a hill that dogs can run over and you’re unable to see your dog. If you’re a responsible pet owner that’s fine but some owners don’t move around to monitor their dogs. If you have a puppy I would not recommend going to the large park until your dog is socialized since not everyone monitors well and they can get away from you easily.

I would say it’s so far the dog park with the biggest lake (or any type of water area) and cleanest water I can find in Houston. My pup is a huge swimmer so this is his favorite place to hang out. Spacious parking lot, agility training facility, nice people and dogs, washing stations, and definitely a plus for a dog park: a restroom right by the entrance. Inevitably a bit far for people who don’t live in Cypress. But this is for sure a gem.

Absolutely top notch dog park. Separated by big & small dog park area, both sides have access to a clean beach with small trails & amazing views. Plenty of benches with shade for the humans . Park has a wash area also, so come prepared!

Beautiful park and great place for sunny day! Washing place for dogs and you can walk around the park! It’s awesome! You can go fishing 🎣 next to the park as well! Come and enjoy with your family and doggies 🐶

Both our puppies loves this park. Great place to bring your dog and let them roam around.

First time coming it is a drive but my dog loves it. I love the fact he can walk to the water and swim. It’s also so peaceful and he can do some agility exercises.
