Main Event Huntsville

We used Main Event for a birthday party, and it was hands down best the service we have had for a birthday attraction. There was great communication and organization. We had an itinerary for the whole event, and everything was timed perfectly. We had an amazing party host Adriana! I absolutely recommend her as a host! She was so helpful and took care of anything we needed. She went over and beyond to make it a great experience. Good food, fun atmosphere, and organization! We will go back.

Lots to do here. Card loading process is easy and fast, and you can manage your account online. You can get toys out of the claw machines, but often the claw is too weak to even budge the larger stuffies. Food is convenient but pricey for the food. Service was friendly but eemed way understaffed.

We celebrated a birthday here. Food was good. Pizza crust was surprisingly light and yummy. Smash burger taco was also good. As for service when playing games, few employees were around. Maybe that's because it was a Tuesday. Last, spruce up dining area and improve customer service and this place would be awesome.

This place is perfect for kids and parents! There are so many different arcade games, air hockey, laser tag and bowling. They serve food and have a bar. This place is worth every penny you spend!

I was honestly pleasantly surprised with the food. The buffalo chicken pizza was awesome and the crust was delicious. Definitely ask for a side of ranch with it

After coming from Germany from the the states on a service trip from the service, I have really enjoyed Olivia & Jose’s service on our night out. Have truly made a memorable experience with family and friends to come. Thanks Main Event and especially thank you Olivia and Jose for the great service and time to keep the good times rolling

Olivia and Zoelie were the best anyone could hope for. Give them a damn raise for the hospitality they gave to our group!! Y'all need to take a lesson from them on customer care!! 5 stars all around!!
