Bradford Beach Lot | South

On a crisp, cold, frigid sunny morning, I decided to take a morning stroll on this lakeshore beach. While walking right next to the water, I discovered a natural spectacle that intrigued me greatly. The beach was lined with boulders- upon closer examination, it occurred to me that they were boulders of ice; smoothly shaped chunks of ice lying across the shore, some coated with sand! Now I’m pretty sure this phenomenon happens every winter or during every prolonged burst of freezing weather, but it was the first time I had ever witnessed this happen. The presence of stunning natural wonders like this prove that taking a walk on a beach can also be a fun winter activity, weather permitting.

Nice little stop on the way out of Milwaukee.

Had a nice view of the drone show.

Great view of the lake and airplanes in the sky.

Early morning date to see the sunrise. Quiet, not crowded but it was early

4 seasons of nature. It doesn't get any better than that.

Great place to park and watch the lake from the comfort of your vehicle during winter months. In warmer months. Its a great spot to get your favorite ice cream with a coffee ☕ house close by and within walking distance to numerous summer attractions.
