Wirth Beach House

I am so happy watching my grandson swimming and playing Marco polo in a lake by our home. This is as close as I will be getting to any of the 10,000 lakes in Minnesota, due to my PTSD of nearly drowning in a indoor apartment building pool, when I was a young, while my best friend Brenda not helping me because she was to busy laughing at me. I plan to take swimming lessons in a women's only class at V3 Sports soon, and also do water therapy exercises. It's been a very good day! I feel progress of overcoming past trauma, while encouraging my family to be better and achieve more more than I have.💯😁☀️🥰🫶🏾❣️

It's a very large place with a beautiful beach, with many spots to have a picnic and spend good time with the family or simply connect with nature. The view is fantastic.

Love this place. Great beach. Awesome play area. They also offer small teaching areas about nature in the region. (Pictures are from wintertime)

The water and beach could use some maintenance from previous years. Sand is silty and edges of swim area is scummy. Two shaded areas in middle of beach and one port a john

Great meet up spot for a crisp walk around the lake!

Nice place in the summer. Not open fall, winter or early spring.
